Regarding the fountains, we understand how important upkeep is to the community. The fountains have ran for most of this season. When they do go down there are very few people in this state that can work on your system. Many vendors will not touch your fountain pumps due to the poor design from when this property was developed. As for our staff, while we do employ young workers who bring enthusiasm and energy, they are also supervised and trained to meet our service standards. We continuously invest in their professional development to ensure quality service. In terms of board meetings, elections, and finances, these matters are governed by the community’s bylaws and state regulations. We aim to provide transparency and accountability. If you have concerns, we’d be happy to discuss them further at the upcoming meeting in November or address them sooner if needed. We appreciate your feedback and will work diligently to address these concerns to better serve our community.
