Where to begin?
The PB Lovina oozes with authentic Balinese design. The rooms are elegant and charming. Of course, more sockets, a more powerful shower and improved storage would be great though these are small issues only.
The grounds and infinity pool are some of the best we have seen worldwide.
The service from ALL the hotel team was second to none. Everyone we met was impeccably gracious, welcoming and attentive. A special mention to Putu whose hosting was excellent!
We will dearly miss this place and the wonderful Balinese people who we met here.

High price but the room facilities are very poor, including not thick enough quilt (only a thin sheet), the door lock is a manual key, and there is no charging socket for guests in the whole room... I can't understand why this hotel can sell such a high price. Even if the scenery of the hotel is beautiful and the attitude of the service staff is very good, I will definitely not choose to stay here again when I come to lovina next time.

Het hotel heeft een mooie ligging aan het strand en het zwembad is geweldig.Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid maar gewoon de basis.
Je kan hier ook dolfijnen spotten.

Das Hotel ist nicht zu gross und wunderschön gelegen. Im Pool der direkt am Meer liegt, kann man den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort!

The hotel manager came to apologize to me after I complained. I appreciate it.
The hotel is beautiful. However, I felt like I was treated differently as an Asian guest. At the restaurant, I was initially given an English menu, which was later swapped for a Chinese one. When I asked for the English menu back because the Chinese one didn't list wines, the waitress insisted they were the same. “They don’t have the wine list on it” I told her.
Later, I signed the bill to my room since I was staying at the hotel. However, the restaurant's front desk stopped me as I was leaving and asked me to sign. I explained that I had already signed and provided my room number, but the staff seemed confused and continued to insist in a hard tone. With the bartender beside me, I wasn't allowed to leave until the waitress returned to confirm that I had indeed signed. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake.
