Called them to wreck my car. Arrived 2 hours late, drove my car around only to give excuses such as forgetting paperwork and cash.

Plenty of cars to look through to find what you need, staff could be trained a little bit more in cars and car culture, they were very nice and polite but didn't even know what a commodore was or a nudge bar

May be our parts guy was busy taking out parts and the reception is for paperwork.
As you know everyone is coming out these days to look for parts, we also have shortage of staff who knows about cars and car wreckers.
We are looking for Workers constantly to deliver better customer service.
Hopefully next time we deserve a 5 star from you.

Easy to organise with them. But I sent photos and all details of damage to the car, they gave a quote and then offered 250$ less that the minimum in the quote once they arrived. The gentleman that came to collect the car also arrived an hour and 20 minutes later than the time I was given.
