The staff and the attorneys a really nice and professional

5 golden stars across the board. From the time Quatrini took me on as a client to the approval of my social security disability claim everything associated with my claim was top notch. The firm I originally had represent me decided to dissolve their S.S.D.I. representation department. The positive that came from that was the referral by that firm to Quatrini. My claim was denied twice and denied on appeal once. Within 60 days of signing a representation agreement with Quatrini things started to progress in a positive manner in my claim. A month or so after that my claim was approved and I received my award letter, back payment, and my future disability payments moving forward. I should say that when the original firm I was with closed their disability department, Jaymie who was my representative there and go to person left and took a position with Quatrini. I owe her everything. She was the driving force in my claim. She was always positive and patient with me. She is so knowledgeable and always promptly responded to any call or email. I know I drove her crazy but she never made me feel I was bothering her. She ALWAYS made me feel I was the most important client she had. Adam was my attorney who represented me. Things happen for me once he got involved and all the things I mentioned about Jaymie can be said about him as well. They also showed genuine compassion for my medical circumstances and absolutely NEVER judged me. I appreciate these people and their dedication to their jobs and how they work for their clients. At no time did I ever feel they didn't have my best interests in mind. Thank you all, you have given me a degree of security for my future.

Horribly unresponsive. I had an intake meeting three weeks ago. I keep emailing and calling, asking for follow up. I am willing to pay for the legal consultation that I desperately need, but it feels like Quatrini doesn't need or want my money and doesn't care. Apparently the only attorney in this large firm who can help me has been out of the country for three weeks, which is truly impossible to believe. I'm scrambling to find a different attorney now because my deadline is coming up next week. Thanks for nothing.
