There is a lot of emotion around the sale of deceased mum and dad's home and a dignified, empathetic, understanding with a dose of pragmatism is what is needed in bundles. That is what you get with Liz and her easy to chat to Dad in this family business of excellent and very professional Estate Agents. They really do say what it says on the tin. We had the smoothest of transitions to sale, exceeding all expectations; we were, as they promised, informed with clear and up to date information and they willingly shared their knowledge of the area. Think the thing that stood out was their promise to go the extra mile which I think is a real strong factor for them, something I would suggest is instinctive and so natural. They were a pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend you consider their dignified and professional services. We could not have been better served.

I have been renting with Quality Estate Agents for 6 months now and can honestly say Alex and Liz are amazing. Any queries I’ve got, Liz is always there at the end of the phone to help & Alex was great with a couple of snagging issues I had when moving in.

We recently had a tenant changeover and with only 5 days between tenants Alex helped us get all new kitchen doors on, including arranging a handyman at short notice which was very helpful. ---- Alex and Elizabeth have a wealth of local knowledge and I recently spent nearly 2 hours with them discussing the local market and their approach to managing their lettings. They are very experienced and I appreciate their common sense 'just get on with it' approach and I would have absolutely no hesitation in appointing them to manage my properties. I appreciated that in this busy market they put time aside to have a proper conversation and get to know me, as this is what builds effective and profitable working relationships through trust and communication.

Found a property I was moved in quickly, never had any issues. All house related jobs were sorted fast, I would definitely recommend this estate agents.

QEA are my letting agent, and have done a superb job, sorting out problems quickly, checking tenant references and advertising and showing properties promptly. They have also been honest, when they have thought an area was dodgy, and they have been generous with advice. They have boosted my quality of life!

Good experience so far I have just started using quality estate agents after having problems with my previous agent about repairs not being done in a reasonable time Alex has got the gas cert done on my rental property very quickly at good price there are couple of repairs still to be done but I,m sure Alex and Liz will get them done soon at a reasonable price . I recommend quality estate agents .
