Rackley is repairing our Swiss avenue location. The crew that is on site is upbeat friendly and very funny. Most importantly they helped accommodate one of my long-term tenants and we're very courteous of our property and our tenants. Grady and his team have been fantastic and would recommend to anyone. Would not stand behind their work. We requested an inspection prior to purchasing a commercial building. Seller had agreed to pay for all needed roof repairs with a matching reduction in price at closing. They only found minor issues and repaired them, and the seller paid for those as agreed. After we took possession, additional leaks were found, but by now the seller was off the hook. We felt Rackley should have not charged us for additional repairs, since their inspection was obviously not thorough. We protested the invoice for the additional work but they would not take responsibility and insisted we pay. The roof is still leaking badly in any heavy rain.

Good commercial roofing company

Jonathan is GREAT!!! His crew was on the roof doing major repairs on the building and some of our light post came down and he came in the office to fix the ones that had fell down. He also came into the office to do checks to see if our roof were leaking after him and his crew got done with our side of the building. Jonathan is a great guy very respectful and will get the job done. When I buy my house I know who to call to get my roofing done:):):)
