I just used Rainmaker for the first time this week. They were prompt, efficient, very well informed and reasonably priced. I worked with a guy 8 years and he deserted me. They came to my rescue with flying colors. Graham, the young service guy, knew exactly what he was doing and all went very well. I highly recommend this company and I never do that lightly. A+++
I cold-called this place because I was in town for a short time and needed a broken sprinkler head replaced. I had tried 2 or 3 places before calling Rainmaker and received the same response; "We're busy turning everyone's system before the season starts and won't be able to get to your place for at least 2-3 weeks." Not Michele at Rainmaker. She said their teams were also turning on systems but she would make sure someone would get to me in 48 hours. She called me back the day before to give me an expected arrival window and gave me her cell number because they were breaking in a new phone system and were still ironing out a few bugs. The next day, Graham, the technician, called me an hour before the time window and asked if it would be ok to come early because he was in the neighborhood (well actually, he was in my driveway!). Friendly and efficient, he diagnosed the problem did the repair and installed a new rotor in less than 15 minutes, tested it, adjusted the throw and was gone after a smile and a "Nice meeting you!" Rainmaker will be my go-to irrigation team from this day going forward. Thank you!
I had the pleasure to have the Rainmaker Irrigation Team work on my new home and they did a fantastic job on my installation. Very friendly, took great care working in my home for the controls and outside around the landscaping for the sprinkler install. They provided me with state of the art control equipment (Hydrawise) and very reliable sprinkler products (Hunter). I received proper training on the control operation and mobile app installation but it is a completely hands off system for any homeowner and coupled with their interfaced communications and maintenance and care package, they make it easy to manage lawn care at your home. Very highly recommended!!

Rainmaker did an exceptional irrigation system installation. They listened to what areas I wanted to cover and agreed that it made sense. It was done cleanly and efficiently and were friendly and personable. They seeded behind themselves and a week after the installation you would hardly know they had been on the lawn. The hardware and wifi app they use is great. I am able to easily monitor my system and modify the schedule of watering and which zones. The app uses local weather to determine watering needs and amounts. I had one head that needed adjustment after the install and they responded quickly to correct it.
I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I spent many summers working with Bill and the team. One of my first jobs actually. Reading through the comments has made me smile as I remember how great of a team we had and how lucky I was to spend time impacting some of the most beautiful homes in the country.
Rainmaker does a great job! They arrive on time and get the job done. Last year, we found that the backflow on the system was not working. I called a plumber who couldn’t fix it and wanted to replace it. Michelle at Rainmaker suggested I call Tim Donnell (plumber) to come have a look. He came right out and fixed it which saved us many hundreds of dollars.
I've had Bill Duffy and his crew for 22 years! He is an honest straight-forward guy who will make sure the job is done right. His trained crews are dependable and know what they're doing. A shout- out also, to his Office Manager, Michelle, for running a tight ship! I would highly recommend this company for all your irrigation needs!

Our yard was mature when the sprinklers went in. I was amazed that there was little disruption to the sod. The layout was perfect as the coverage is complete. The spring and fall maintenance is easy to organize and completed competently. I’m happy we had it done as hoses are a pain!
Rainmaker irrigation company of York, Maine, gets tops rating from us. They installed and maintain our new watering system for 2 large gardens at our summer house. They are patient and responsive and responsible with our needs. This goes for the office as well as the guys who work on the system.
