Mince variety pack.... my dog loves this food and she looks amazing with a glossy coat... not bad for a 15 year old!!Customer service really good; they went out of their way to help us. Love the recyclable packaging with no polystyrene in sight. I know the delivery has to come refrigerated but it does seem a lot at £11+ per order. No niggles apart from that and I will keep ordering. Thanks All X woofx

My second time ordering from this company. I just want to say a big thank you for the bonus dog treats and meat portions, you just made Max very happy. I'm super pleased with the quality of the meat as well, nicely portioned and really easy to store and serve them to my dog. Thank you!

Switched to this shop after my previous raw food supplier kept hiking their prices without notice. Am very happy with the product, and the service. My dog can't eat the rabbit/tripe mix, and when I told them that, they replaced it with something else. Excellent! Delivery is expensive, at £15, but it arrives very fast, and well packed. All in all, couldn't be happier.

I’ve been using this supplier for about 2 years now, the quality of the food is excellent ( much better than some cheaper alternatives) and the free delivery option is a bonus- definitely recommend

Good quality if I only have one negative the shipping costs are a bit more expensive than others out there.

Avoid!!! Very rude owner! Food not delivered. Had to phone 5 times to get a refund after he cut me off and then refused to answer thr phone. When I had ordered £130 of food I expected a better service!! Dogs now have no dinner! Edit: It is a shame the reply quicker here than answering the phone! They let it ring out 5 times before offering the refund. Thinking they were not going to pick up the phone of course I was frustrated! They weren't discussing a delivery that suited me (tomorrow unfortunately I'm working until 7am-7pm - happens rarely!). They then stopped talking to me, so easily to think I'd lost £130 of money and dog food! Helpful hint - don't cut people off, and they may not get as frustrated ! Going back to Butchers own which is FAR CHEAPER, and offer delivery.
