I have used Blaine for years for my clients mold and air quality tests. He is phenomenal, so communicative, and so great at what he does. I’ve used him for my personal properties as well. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Cameron is amazing to work with! He found a water leak within minutes of being in the home. He had great communication skills and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Trusted him fully in the home and knew he was looking out for the safety of my family. Would recommend him for any inspection. One of the best companies in the area!!

Maybe I’m not rich enough to simply accept every quote I get but I’m not shy to say that it’s above my budget to understand other options but either way, I was really disappointed with the way my conversation ended up with their representative! I have all rights to negotiate or find other options but it sounds like these folks don’t want to do business or at least discuss other options with people who need help! Sorry but you are out of my list.

I would highly recommend Reagan Environmental to other homeowners who have experienced water damage to their home. This company was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. The analyst who came to my home, Austin, was very professional. Blaine Reagan, the owner, was excellent with communicating with me. You cannot go wrong with this company.
