Just got my paper work done at the Alaska air cargo facility here and wow the level of service I received from Mark was out of this world. Terrible experience. The two younger girls at the desk dresses, acted, and spoke highly unprofessional. We had to wait for someone to even come to the desk to speak with us. Our dog didn’t show up on time, and we were never notified that he was going to be late. Very irritating!

I missed getting a pup on the 6:25 am flight at DFW before the temps got too hot. I tendered her at 4:40 am. The office opens at 4:30 but agent knew I was coming and was there early - I just hit too much traffic / construction to get there by 4:20. No fault of the agent who was willing to be there to get my dog out.
