I wanted to share my extremely positive experience with Recovery Squad Melbourne, and specifically, Daniel, whom provided us with the utmost professional and dedicated service. We experienced an unexpected WD external hard drive failure where we thought that all our precious family photos were lost forever. These included treasured photos of my daughter's birth and highlights of the first years of her life which are of course truly invaluable. Daniel's communication from the outset was prompt and frequent, and despite the tens of thousands of photos to recover, he was able to do so with patience and care. We are very grateful for what he has achieved for us and have no hesitation in recommending his reliable and trustworthy service.

Recovery Squad were awesome, got pretty much the whole drive of photos back, Daniel was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me recover as much as possible the price was hefty for me but worth the $$$ cannot recommend them enough. Responsive to my needs and concerns.

I recently dropped my hard drive and hadn’t backed up a few folders, so panic set in. Searched and read a bunch of reviews, and after reading all the success rate Recovery Squad had I decided to go with them. They got in contact with me the following day to sort out details. Daniel has be amazing throughout this whole stressful situation. Very honest from the beginning about the likely hood of retrieving my data. Despite the busy Christmas period, they still managed to get my hard drive sorted quickly and recovered my data. They have been wonderful throughout this whole process and can’t recommend them enough!

My iphone had went into bootloop following an iOS 18 update. After being told the problem could not be solved at Apple, and being told service can take up to 2+ weeks at different recovery services I went to recovery squad for help. Not only did they recover my data in about 2 days, they also was able to fix the iphone completely. Would definitely recommend this service, as they are completely based in Melbourne as well.

Absolutely great service and highly recomend to anyone needing data retrieved. My usb stick was extremely damaged but RSM was able to repair my stick and download all its data onto another. Extremely happy and relieved.

Daniel was most helpful and undertook downloading of old data discs with a minimum of fuss and with a professional approach. I admit to being sceptical over the security of an unknown company, especially as the work was being done in Melbourne and not Perth;however, I can confidently support and recommend him and Recovery squad.

Recovery squad were super helpful. Unfortunately I had a corrupted SD card which turned out to be unfixable but their customer service was great, they were super communicative throughout the process and kept me updated and it took about 24 hours to have the card sent, checked and returned to me so they really prioritised sorting the job as quickly as possible and gave me a good explanation of the error. Our 4TB hard drive had a technical issue that prevented us from accessing over 34,000 family photos from 1888 to 2024. The Melbourne Recovery Squad were able to retrieve all of our photos and transfer them onto a replacement drive.
