He gave me a complete breakdown to the issue and helped with who to contact to fix the plumbing problem. Choosing Redline Roofing was a great decision for us! We spent several months researching and getting quotes for a greatly needed new roof. I received a prompt call back from Myrick at Redline. He spent quite a while answering all my various questions and giving detailed explanations on everything. One of the reasons we went with them is because Myrick was upfront about the specific brand and model of shingles they would use. He described the differences between all the shingles that would meet or exceed our desired outcome for a hail-resistant roof. However, the best thing was that Redline gave me honest, down-to-earth pricing! I was able to get a class 4 shingle for a reasonable price that was very close to the class 3 shingle pricing of other roofing companies. I highly recommend Redline Roofing, not just for the knowledgeable staff, honesty, and pricing, but also for the quality of their work. The installers were very professional and knew what they were doing. They arrived early, worked diligently, cleaned up after and left us with a great looking, strong roof! Thank you, Redline!

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Worked with me and my insurance to make sure I was completely taken care of and the roof turned out great. Job was done in a single day and had no issues throughout the entire process. They even came out and put a tarp on the house to prevent further damage for free.
