Redwings have been invaluable to us , especially in the last couple of years. It is fantastic to have their calm and professional advice just a phone call away. HR is a minefield and just knowing you can turn to them for help when needed helps you sleep better at night. The fact that they only work with the Early Years Sector means they really know how we differ from other areas of business and therefore they have a greater understanding of our needs.
