The website was clear, efficient and straightforward. Their communication back was quick, accurate and told me exactly what was going on. I wish other companies had this level of good customer information and responsiveness.

I had such a pleasant experience developing my first super 8 film. Ron and his team did such an amazing job and I really loved how it turned out. They were kind enough to also make some complimentary adjustments to my footage such as colour corrections and dust/ scratch reductions. They also gave me a detailed report on my project which gave me so much insight to my new camera. So incredibly happy with the service and I would definitely be a returning customer and would recommend to anyone!!

Turned old tech Memories into modern accessible videos
I found Reelbox online and after checking reviews decided to send my family treasure trove of videos. The service was impeccable from receipt of the items to being constantly updating me as to where the video transfer was in the process.
I received my USB drive back with all my historical memories beautifully transferred, along with my original cassettes. These memories are worth their weight to us and I wanted to thank Reelbox for taking care of them and doing a great job.

I found a single 8mm movie from the 1960s when clearing out a family estate. Reelbox put it into digital format for me and provided the only movie we have of my parents and grandparents! It is such a valuable thing to have and to be able to share with my family. This is a wonderful service and they made the process so easy and were so professional. Can't thank you guys enough. Will recommend you to everyone I know.

Excellent - from start to finish
I recently had all my photos digitised, about 1,000 in total with some being 40+ years old along with my 25yo wedding VHS.
The quality was fabulous, the process was easy and the staff were lovely to deal with. I had been putting this job off for so long because it was such a daunting task.
The photos came back packaged better than they were delivered along with my USB in a case and clearly labeled what had been done, along with a report on what had and hadn't been completed (all my photos and video were good enough quality there were no errors).
I didn't have them bundled into groups, so I guess all that's left for me now is my trip down memory lane as I sort them on my PC and complete my photo book for the future.
Thanks so much Reelbox. Will 100% recommend you and once I talk my 90+ year old dad into letting me remove all his photos from old decrepit albums I'll be doing those too!

Thank you so much for transferring my family’s VHS’ to digital and completing it in time for our family reunion. Great experience

I highly highly recommend Reelbox services. Don't procrastinate on saving and restoring those precious memories! Just do it! I was fortunate enough to come across Reelbox online, and after speaking with their team, I was extremely confident they were the right people to use. I'm based in Melbourne, but could not find anyone near as helpful and professional (and well-priced) like Reelbox around me, so I sent my 17 tapes interstate to them and received my cassettes back well packaged, with a very well digitised copy on usb of each. just wanted to express my gratitude in the conversion of my 18 year old broken 8mm tape. I had all but given up retrieving the footage as other companies had told me it was irreparable. I held onto in hope that maybe someday someone could help. This was the only video footage I had of my youngest child as a baby and so it is priceless and was a real treat to get to see that after all these years.
I also want to express thanks for all your employees. From my first phone call to pick up, they were really helpful and so nice. It was refreshing to experience a company with customer service.
