Very pleased with the service provided by the Maidstone branch at Regain hearing. My mum has been in desperate need of hearing aids and they have seen to her and delivered the hearing aids very quickly. My mum has a double dementia diagnosis and the staff, namely Donna in the office and the mobile audiologist Tom have been fantastic with communication and patience when it has come to organising appointments, deliveries and more. Highly recommend this company for reasonable pricing, quality service and professional, polite and friendly staff members who consider all of their customers with such high regard.

Excellent service for ear wax removal. Cleaned via irrigation method which I requested and the whole procedure was clearly explained by Maxinne. In addition she pressure tested my ear drums and air dried my ears internally at no extra cost. Maxinne finally displayed the result for me to see on a computer screen. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company, prices are very fair and the service is simply outstanding. They're very passionate about the care of each and every customer. Our personal audiologist is Tom and he has been brilliant dealing with my Nan (who has a double dementia diagnosis). She has taken a huge shine to Tom and is very much looking forward to his next visit. Toms patience, resilience and compassion never falters, even when challenges arose within communication 1 on 1, he needed no assistance and it was a big weight off of our shoulders. Tom left us we'll informed and was happy to share every step of the process with everybody present (we have a big family and a busy home,) even sharing pictures of the inside on my Nans ears to myself and our children who were very interested in learning new things about their ears. The delivery of the hearing aids was much quicker than we ever thought it would be and over all we are super pleased with the service provided by this company. Tom is clearly passionate about his job and we couldn't recommend him personally or the company any higher.

He is a very caring young man and it is wonderful to hear how he has adapted to a dementia patient so well although of course, we are not surprised at all as he is so caring and passionate. I had my hearing aid fitted by Regain Hearing Maidstone over one year ago. I was very impressed by the initial consultation explaining how the whole process works. They offer regular aftercare sessions which are not time restricted. They might include free ear wax removal if necessary. I find the people very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

I had an appointment with Maxine in Croydon yesterday. She was brilliant. I always feel very well cared for and listened to. Her approach is very professional and she is very knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in I was offered tea, the waiting room was wonderful and calming (I never thought I could be mesmerised by a coffee table!) and the service was brilliant, Lee was incredibly helpful in explaining the causes of my problems, I felt very supported through the whole process and left feeling great about the whole experience. My hearing has been poor since my late 20's. I am now in my late 60's and have at last found a hearing specialist that understands what I hear. More to the point what I cannot. I can now hear again. Thank you Regain for understanding, which means you can fix it!! That's a first for me after 40 years of mediocre "solutions". I now hear everything, sometimes stuff I'm not supposed to hear, after months of interactive work with the Regain team. Great team

I found they took lots of time to listen to my problem, which is tinnitus. They gave me lots of advice. With regular reviews appointments to see how I am getting along with the hearing aids, and that my tinnitus settings are set correctly for me. If I have any problems which I haven't yet but they are only a phone call or email away.
