I've used Reliable Appliance Northeast several times over the last few years. They are always prompt, courteous, and professional. Their technicians are all experienced and their prices are very reasonable. My Mom has had other technicians try to fix her Samsung refrigerator several times, no success. I called Reliable and asked for Taylor to come out. Taylor has been outstanding for me in the past. Taylor was unavailable so Scott showed up at the house. Scott was every bit as professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He worked quickly and fixed 2 major problems for a VERY reasonable price. We are very grateful to Reliable for the values they carry as a veteran-owned business. We will continue to call Reliable FIRST!

My concern was the ice maker in our LG fridge … it had stopped working. Another place I called did not service LG. So I tried Reliable Appliance and was able to have someone out the next day. All fixed! Happy camper!

Fortunately we were able to get our problem resolved on our own and no longer needed repair, so this review is for customer service/ character reference. The owner (I think) was so knowledgeable, transparent, and kind when I initially called to make the appointment. The issue was actually exactly what he suspected it was! Which did play a role in being able to fix the issue ourselves. I would not hesitate to reach out again for a pleasant and smooth appliance repair experience!

Just called and spoke a gentleman at Reliable Appliance Repair who was super helpful. We have a dishwasher that hasn't been working and we've been debating whether it was worth getting repaired or not. Having someone shoot you straight on whether a repair is worth it or not (versus just trying to sell you on their service) was totally refreshing. I'll be calling Reliable Appliance Repair next time we have an appliance issue.

Our 2 year old dishwasher started making a grinding noise and stopped working. I called Reliable Appliance and was able to schedule an appointment within the same week of calling. They showed up within their appointment window and the technician (Steve) was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He found broken glass inside the pump which caused the pump to stop working. He carefully removed the glass and thankfully, the dishwasher was working again! The job involved him having to remove pooled up water from the dishwasher, pull out the appliance and remove some components, including the broken glass. He showed us the broken glass and after he re-installed the dishwasher, he tested it to make sure it was working as intended. Before leaving, he cleaned up like he was never there. We'd certainly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair. If we have another appliance breakdown, we'll be calling them again.

If I could give ten stars I would! After being ran around by GE Appliance 800# for weekday turned out to be a "place holder" appointment and I had to have my laundry held captive for 5 days by a locked washer lid, I got smart and called Reliable Appliance. I left a voicemailand within 5 minutes received a call from Hailey in the office. She scheduled Teylor to come out that same day. He was able to quickly diagnosis the problem (dumb pennies) and get our washer running. Talk about responsive, quick, personal, professional and local service!!! Save their phone number folks!

Called Reliable Appliance Repair and left a voice message, then received a call back a few minutes later from Haley. She said they did not service compressors for refrigerators but did refer me to Ranals Resolutions who specializes in warranty work. I am leaving this review because Haley could simply have said her company didn't cover that kind of work and left the conversation at that, but I really appreciate the time she took to help point me in the right direction to get my refrigerator fixed. Thank you Haley!

Able to get an appointment quickly!! Andy came out to check my fridge's water filter leaking. It was an odd issue he had never come across before, but instead of just suggesting a fix that may not fix the issue (and would cost over $400), he suggested we check our water pressure first - and even said which item to get at Home Depot to check it ourselves and save the cost of a plumber coming out to check! We checked, and it was the water pressure regulator that went bad, not the fridge! Really appreciate the honesty and helpfulness! Thanks!

Scott was here on time, fixed the problem, demonstrated a high degree of technical proficiency, and a very pleasant demeanor. Should I need a technician in the future he is my first choice.

I reached out to them about an LG fridge compressor repair. They didn't service the compressors, but they still called me and referred me to a local business that does. Great customer service.

I called with an oven overheat issue that I wanted looked at asap. This company was able to schedule me in quickly. Teylor was the technician specialist that came out to diagnose the oven overheat issue. He was very quickly able to identify the issue and priced out a reasonable estimate for repair services. Unfortunately our oven was severely damaged and the repair was going to be replacing the motherboard of the oven. Instead of repairing, we opted to purchase a new oven at similar cost to the repair. This company is very quick and professional.

Taylor was very polite, efficient, & able to answer all my questions as he repaired my Electrolux washing machine door latch.

I had the pleasure of having the now owner of the company work on my dryer around 20 years ago. Today Taylor came to do repairs on our washer and dryer.He was very personable and pleasant. Will continue using their services 😊
