We have used reliable plumbing twice now and have been happy with the services. They are on time, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will definitely continue to call them for all of my plumbing needs.

I called Reliable for a quote for a new Sump Pump and a Battery Backup System. John came out for an estimate the next day. We agreed to a fair price and scheduled the job. John arrived on time. The job was completed in a timely fashion and John went over everything he was doing. Everything is working well and I definitely will call Reliable in the future for all my pluming needs. Great job.

I had such a positive experience with Reliable Plumbing & Sewer Service Inc. when my water heater’s flammable vapor sensor kept acting up. After trying to reset it on my own a few times, I reached out to them for help. From the start, they were so kind and thorough. Not only did they diagnose the problem, but they also helped me get a replacement part through the manufacturer’s warranty, which saved me a lot of money. The team replaced the part quickly, and now my water heater is working perfectly again. I really appreciated how professional and attentive they were throughout the whole process. definitely recommend!

Just used Reliable for the first time. I called Friday afternoon for an appointment for a quote. John came on Monday, gave me the quote which I accepted. He was able to immediately replace my leaking Silcock valve. Used premium parts and performed a professional installation. No more weeping valve when watering and inflating my bill. Thanks, John!

Woke up to a flood in our basement at 5:15am, made a phone call to Reliable Plumbing at 530am, received a call at 6:00am that John would be there ASAP. He came, examined what needed to be done, and before I knew it, 2 new sumps were put in. Excellent service, knowledgeable, just outstanding. Highly recommend!!!!!

Excellent service and price for a new water heater. We've used Reliable for many years regarding our plumbing needs and they are indeed reliable as well as trustworthy, professional, and prompt. The job was completed in about two hours and that included the removal of our old 75-gallon water heater along with the installation and hook-up of the new tank. They left the house spotless when they finished up. This is definitely an A++ company worthy of your business.

I have been using Reliable Plumbing and Sewer for several years now and like their name says, they've been very reliable. I've always had my calls answered or promptly returned with scheduling done often the same day. John and his crew explain everything they are doing and the reasons why. Accurate time and cost estimates and they always clean up the work area thoroughly. They stand by their work as well and will follow up with you in the event you have any troubles or concerns once the job is done. I've been very satisfied in my experiences with Reliable.

We had John come out a few months ago when our sump pump was broken. He got here quickly and installed a new one. He’s also installed 2 toilets and a water heater for us. He and his partner arrive on time and we’re happy with the work they have done.

Very Reliable! We thought we had a gas leak under newly installed pavers. We called Reliable Plumbing and they came out the same day to test the lines. Fortunately, no leak but we did appreciate the quick response.

“Reliable Plumbing & Sewer Service” was reliable all right. They graciously fit me into their busy schedule after our Chicago -50* last week, but not without price gouging me! When John arrived at the front door on Feb. 4, 2019, before hardly introducing himself, he told me it would be $650.00 to walk in the door. Without even looking at the job and tho I never asked for emergency service. I explained my very sick, 80 yr old parents heat broke, pipes froze, and one burst. I had to move them out till this was all repaired and they couldn’t afford the weekend emergency prices everyone was charging, so we waited until Monday. Tho those prices were less than what he was charging. He told me, “You should have gone with them.” (Nice) I proceeded to explain that my father was going thru dialysis, radiation, and chemotherapy. That he was so sick and he just wanted to come home, and that I needed help. John’s response was that he could just leave, he had many jobs, it didn’t matter to him. That I could just call someone else. Take it or leave it. Promising my parents that I would get them back home ASAP, I paid the $650.00 for a 4” copper pipe to be fixed. A job that took John less than 45 minutes. After replacing a small piece of pipe and turning water back on, John walked thru the house checking faucets. Tracking mud, dirt, and God knows what else on his boots, thru the house, bedroom, and all over new white bathroom rugs. Leaving me a wonderful mess to clean up when he left. I am appalled at the arrogance and the taking advantage of, horrible situations people are in. The lack of compassion was disturbing. To John and “Reliable Plumbing”, all I can say is “Karma”. If not in this life then for sure in the next! Hope you never need help.
