Remove a Pool did just as promised. The project started on a Monday morning and was completed by Friday afternoon. Gone was an in-ground vinyl pool, the cement around it, a retaining wall that ran all along the back, and a fence that just went around the pool. By Friday afternoon I had a completely filled backyard, seeded, and straw overtop. The owner, Don H, communicated regularly during the week and notified me when a hitch arose [mixed up date with dumpster - so one day delayed removing pool trash from front yard.] A few hiccups with communication between the approval and getting the permit. But once things got started, it went great. Very pleased with Santos the on-site coordinator. Now, I'm just hoping the grass takes. But all looks good 1.5 weeks out.

Remove a Pool did exceptional work - they had my 22 year-old pool removed in 3 days! The workers were efficient and respectful of my property. Don Handy explained the entire process from beginning to end and was very responsive to any concerns that I had. Now I have a beautiful back yard - lots of room for the dogs to do "zoomies"!

If you are looking to remove your pool, you should look no further. And I'll tell you why. This company CARES. In theory, any company claiming to get rid of your pool can essentially do just that. But what will mostly stand out for customers is the care that happens when a project is happening to your home. And "Remove A Pool" understood that from day one. Bill was kind enough to answer all the questions my wife and I had, with patience and thorough knowledge. He knows what he's talking about. Michele was also patient with us calling to check on the progress of the permits. She was also thorough and detailed when explaining to us the process, stage by stage, just so we know what to expect. This is a process that we'd never done before, so their patience with us was noticed by us from the start. Santos, the main demo guy, was so good at his job but yet so meticulous and careful. He cares about doing a great job and a fast job. Each day there was way more progress than we thought there'd be. They were done VERY fast, which we loved. "Remove A Pool" gets it. They know that most customers are possibly first timers when it comes to removing a pool. They know you care about your yard. They understand that you care about your house and that you hope for a quick turnaround. They consider all of that and they deliver. They were super friendly and patient when answering questions and at times RE-answering questions. We felt valued as customers. They never left us in the dark as to what was happening with OUR home. Some companies want to just be left alone to do the job, but these folks were transparent and open from the start which let us know that we could trust them to do the best job possible and keep us in the loop. And the results were hands down AMAZING. We are so excited to enjoy our yard (once the grass starts growing). If you're looking for a solid and honest company to remove your pool, you've found it.

Super friendly service with Don and the job would've been done in 3 days if it had not been for 2 weeks of continuous rain. Only thing we had to do was ask for updates regarding permits but it was an easy process that was on time and less than the other companies out there.

Removal of our above ground pool was quick and easy. There was a slight problem when the clean up didn’t get done the way Bill said it would. I let Bill know and sent him pics. He said he would make it right. He absolutely did. Don’t hesitate to use this company. They do what they say. Can’t beat that for integrity. I’d hire them again.

This company was so good I thought I was getting scammed. Responsive, professional, and affordable. Exactly what we were looking for when finding someone to remove an above ground pool in the backyard of a home we bought. The process was seamless and everything went as expected. I had the pleasure of meeting with Don Handy at one of my properties that needed to have the pool removed. Don was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. From giving a definitive timeline for when the job would be done to the constant updates throughout the project, this company went above and beyond. The finished product looks amazing! Very impressed with this company and the staff!

The customer service and quality of work is top notch. Bill and Michelle communicate very well . They have excellent crew . They removed part of the fence and some brick wall in order to get to our Inground vinyl pool and after they removed the pool and filled it , they put everything back as promised and fixed the lawn area they had destroyed with equipment. Bill is excellent about giving recommendation and he even threw in some free labor work we needed. I highly recommend Remove a pool.

Pretty seamless process. The work was completed in a few days. Everything was done to the agreed contract.

I had my pool in Texas filled in and have mixed feelings on it. On the positive side, at the end of the day the pool is gone and has been filled in and graded and I am now attempting to get the grass seeds to grow. Also the equipment operator who did the work was great. On the not so good side: 1) Communication; while they were working on making the sale, was very good, righ up until the point I made my deposit (and its a pretty large deposit), after they took my cc info and got the deposit I did not hear back from them at all unless I reached out first each time. These were the weeks I wondered if I had just been ripped off. It would have been nice to get a status or check in without me having to call and ask. 2) in the advertising and sale pitch they said they would get a permit from the City. I checked on local requirements myself and found my City does not require a permit and when I relayed this info to Remov a Pool (I spoke to Mike) and he said in these situations they would pull a general demo type permit instead so that way I would have something official from the City. At the end of the day no permit of any kind was provided. This was not as we had discussed. 3) after work was done, it took about a month to get the close out packet, and yes, I had to call and remind them in order to get it. The packet came via email no hard copies mailed out. 4) when work was complete my driveway (where fill dirt was dumped) was not swept clean or blown off. At the time I didn't think it was a big deal but when it rained I realized how thick the dirt left behind actually was and my driveway had turned into a mud slick from one end to the other. My wife and I had to get out with shovels and clean it ourselves. I'm mid 50's with back issues and doing this in during warm Texas weather was not a lot of fun.

Great experience. The crew was professional and completed the project on time. I highly recommend Remove A Pool. They will walk you through the process and answer any questions you have. Don was a pleasure to work with and was always available to take my call and discuss details of the project. We had a pool and now we don’t. Their name says it all.

Called to make an appointment and they were very accommodating. Finished quick and everything looks great. Even had to take a section of my fence out and repaired it like it never happened. Would definitely recommend.

Bill Lopez was excellent in explaining and presenting Remove A Pool's services. He understood the permitting process for removal of pools in Maryland and explained that process very well. He was also willing to answer all of my questions about the process. We are still deciding whether to remove our pool. But if we proceed, we will go with Remove A Pool.

Hey Ya’ll, One of my coworkers recommended this company to me and man well I tell you, they are very professional, punctual, and responsive… Don is the initial person i sat down with to discuss my needs and wants and he walked me through the process even had a booklet prepared for reference purposes… Talk about ON Point… I will say permitting too a little longer than expected but that is due to the area i live in…so I gathered my patience and looky looky.. The project was officially started and done within a weeks time talk about efficiency.. Charles was awesome, he came by we did walk through to be on the same page, if anything happened or needed to change he called me immediately… Great Job… I would definitely recommend. Amanda B.

can't say enough about the services they provided to remove our in ground swimming pool. Don and Michelle communicated well, coordinated well and made it as seamless as it can be. few days, experienced small crew and equipment got it done fast and safe. Now we have a yard, and no costly unused pool. Highly recommend.
