I had terrible experiences with putting animals down in the past and wasn't sure where to turn to when it came to decide to say goodbye to my 16 year old companion. Throughout the whole process, Rest Your Paws made me feel so cared for in a time where I was so distraught and emotional. When it came to the at home service, it was the most thoughtful, intimate and best send off to a lifelong friend. If you have a pet and are unsure of deciding to put them down or not, the answer is to do it. I didn't want to and was feeling so guilty, but my baby was ready to go. The interactions Ive had with Rest Your Paws will stick with me for the rest of my life. Thanks for taking care of my baby boy Runty.

Thank you to Dr Yash for being so compassionate, understanding and patient with sending our cat peacefully to sleep. She explained her every step throughout the entire process and put us all at ease during an emotional farewell. The staff who I spoke to at Rest Your Paws during the multiple times I contacted them before making the final decision to finally let go, were always supportive and spent the time listening and understanding our situation. It made a world of difference to a sombre situation. Thank you.

On Thursday, we came to the decision to put our old girl at rest. It was something extremely hard for our family to do, as it always is. I would like to say a special mention to Anna and Cathy. Anna came by a week ago to do an overall health check on our girl. She was so encouraging and patient with our baby who could no longer walk without assistance. When we came to our decision almost a week later, Cathy came to assist. She was the most gentle and reassuring soul we needed at the time. She made the process so peaceful, and gave our baby some chocolate cake, as well as a little custom candle for her. It was one of the most beautiful moments. Thank you both Anna and Cathy for looking after our baby.

I recently had to use this at-home euthanasia service for my beloved pet, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected during such a difficult time. The staff seemed rushed and not particularly compassionate. It felt like they were just going through the motions rather than truly caring for my pet and our situation. The service was late on the day of the appointment, which added unnecessary stress during an already emotional time. We had to wait longer than expected, which was upsetting. Inadequate Support: I expected some emotional support for myself and my family, but there was little to no acknowledgment of our feelings. It felt very clinical and impersonal. Overall, I was hoping for a compassionate and supportive experience, but instead, it felt rushed and cold. I would not recommend this service to others seeking a gentle farewell for their pets.

I can't recommend this company enough! Everyone I dealt with was so kind and compassionate while being fully professional. Dr Katie was so lovely as she helped our dog leave this world. It was such a beautiful time, and we would definitely use Rest Your Paws again.

The whole team at Rest Your Paws was so helpful and understanding through the whole process of putting my dog to Rest due to an unfortunate health issue. I highly recommend the service they provide. We had an extremely professional and compassionate Vet, Dr Nikki, Come to our home to assist us through the whole process. She made sure everyone was comfortable, including my pet and we were all able to say goodbye in the most lovely way possible. This is by no means an easy process but not only do I have the beautiful memories of my pet that we shared together throughout his life, I can be at peace and rest easy knowing the final moments we shared together were peaceful and comfortable. If I ever have to go through this again with another pet, there would be no question as to who I would call. Rest Your Paws is the only way. Thankyou Again

We lost our beautiful German Shepherd, Rufaro, unexpectedly today. Tanya was fantastic, carefully and compassionately guiding us through the trauma of losing our friend. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Saying goodbye to our little Lucky man was heart breaking but we are so grateful it could be done while cuddling him in his home. This wouldn't be possible without services such as those provided by Rest Your Paws. Thank you for your care and support, and to the lovely doctor who brought Lucky his first chocolate.

We farewelled our beautiful boy Max today. It’s been heartbreaking and overwhelming saying goodbye to our 17 yo boy, but Rest In Paws made an awful day a little brighter. Ash in the office was amazingly caring when organising everything and Dr Cath was INCREDIBLE - patient, kind, empathetic and wonderful with Max. I cannot recommend your team enough - thank you for everything 💔

We have unfortunately had to make the tough call to say good bye to our dogs twice now and have used Patch and Paw for both. Their team is amazing, compassionate and empathetic and took the best care of our girls when it came time. Thank you so so much for helping us send our beloved dogs off comfortably at home, surrounded by love.

Thank you so much to Dr. Tanya for being so patient and compassionate with our family and helping us say our final goodbye to our beautiful Tiger. Tanya spent time with us getting to know her and talked us through everything. What could’ve been a really traumatic and sad memory, we laughed, cried and felt even closer to Tiger. We received patience, gentleness, understanding, counselling, and professionalism from Rest Your Paws. It is such a hard decision to make and is it the right time, and we had many times where we changed our mind, and the kindness and guidance we received from Rest Your Paws was exceptional. Our calls and emails were always returned promptly and when we knew, the service was organised in our home for the same day. Our much-loved ailing cat passed peacefully under their gentle care and we could not be more grateful.

I called Rest your Paws after being let down by another company… Right from the first contact with Tori, she arranged for someone to come the very next day as it was pretty late to organize for the same night Doctor Tanya, arrived and from the get go, she was kind and reassuring, she was so beautiful to my little boy. She talked me through it all and was patient with me. The whole procedure was so delicate . I was so traumatized and upset at having to let my fur baby go, but assessing him, she assured me the timing was right, he was going to get worse I can’t thank you enough for helping me through that most difficult time Thank you for everything

Our whole experience with Rest Your Paws has been full of true compassion and care. We couldn’t thank the team enough for all that they do. This was one of the hardest decisions for our dear boy, Ollie however it was so peaceful and he was content in his space: Dr Tenelle, thank you for being a light at a time that is so difficult. A week ago we had to make the hard decision to let our Beautiful Girl China go. I can't speak highly enough of Dr Anna who gave our girl the most peaceful & loving send off we could of asked for. It was a hard day for all of us including 3 kids who all grew up with China. Dr Anna made us feel like she was well taken care of & a peace. I cant praise Rest In Paws any higher, the are the best to go to in these tough life choices when your furry family member needs to be put to rest.

During such a difficult time, we were so very grateful to Dr. Anna, who was incredibly gentle with our dog, Raffy and so empathetic and respectful of us. Anna helped to make this devastating situation a little easier to come to grips with as she explained and guided us through every step whilst comforting and speaking gently to our pup. I would highly recommend Rest Your Paws.

If you are in the awful position of having to say goodbye to your beloved pet, do yourself a favour and use Rest Your Paws instead of a vet clinic. This incredible service allowed us to say a very difficult farewell to our lovely big old Dane X boy Jet who had nothing left to give after being ravaged by cancer, while he rested in his big comfy bed in front of our wood fire. At each point of contact with this company they were the embodiment of kindness, compassion and professionalism. The actual service was undertaken by an obviously capable, empathetic and very kind vet, and when Ardi arrived to collect Jet for his cremation, my wife and I could not have been more grateful for the dignity and respect we were all shown in such challenging circumstances. I don’t think Jet could have had a more peaceful farewell, and that brought us immense relief. Six weeks have passed and I am an absolute mess writing this, but each day is better, and I can only thank Rest Your Paws with all my heart for everything you did for our Jet boy.

Truly angels on earth. We’ve been both unlucky yet fortunate to use Rest Your Paws three times over the past 4 years for my and my partners family and somehow, each time we had a different vet they were exactly what the family needed at the time. There’s no easy way to say goodbye, but Rest Your Paws somehow makes it as perfect as such a difficult time could be. We also used Patch and Purr who Rest Your Paws works together with and our babies were taken care of every step of the way 💛
