Rejected as a highly experienced support worker with 8 years experience. This was for a temporary agency position. I asked Bobbi why I was rejected from registering and three weeks on from the polite enquiry I have received no response. A very unusual way to treat highly competent, well respected and experienced support workers with a broad depth of support experience. Fortunately another support company has since shown interest and I'm now working for a company that values good support workers.

I have been at Retain for six months, and I can honestly say that it is been the best career decision I have ever made. The senior management team is incredibly supportive and available at all times, and I credit my manager for helping me gain the confidence I needed to advance and teach the team from my knowledge and experience, as well as for knowing that their belief in me contributed significantly to my position within the company.
