We had the Riker Team come out and complete some maintenance items. Discovered that there were more ways to decrease weather events getting into our garage. Exceptional Service and really great customer services. They did not over recommend and instead reported that we did not have to do a lot of work to get the garage in better shape!

Riker provided emergency next morn service. Had to have new system installed. Adam Robinson, technician, was professional, explained all options in detail and did a great job installing my system. Very pleased.

Adam was great. Got us fixed up quickly and was very thorough. Highly recommend.

I love Riker Home Services! Adam is simply the best technician. He totally fixed our broken garage door. They are part of the Bacon Electrical and Plumbing family. Bacon takes care of our entire house whenever we have issues. The very best company!!!

UPDATE 11/20/24: Riker came back out and repaired and/or fixed what needed to be done last week. We are satisfied with what was done by Daniel. Thank you, Riker Home Services for standing by your warranty and word. In today's times that means a lot. Riker did a kitchen remodel for us. It took over 7 months (contract signed in Feb. 2024 to Sept. 2024) to "almost" complete the kitchen and never finish the painting with 5 punch lists given to them. Other items that were added were never finished due to another sub that worked under Riker, and then didn't work for them anymore. Loose tiles on tile floor, crown moulding never painted, etc. The owner tried to mitigate, but was unable or unwilling to finish/correct them all. We have lots of photos, but didn't want to beleaguer this posting. We reached out to D. Riker via text regarding a warranty claim on September 30, 2024, on their portion of the work performed, and never heard back. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Adam was great, he was thorough, answered all my questions. Adam also went over everything he had done and informed me of the 5 year warranty. I feel Adam is an asset to Riker Home Services. Thank you again Adam for the wonderful job.

He unselfishly provided me with value-added tips & DIY ideas of how to deal with garage upkeep & maintenance. It makes me feel that I’ve found my go-to garage door service company for future repairs & maintenance needs.

We had a pipe break and water damage requiring mitigation and rebuild services. This company provided immediate service and education, information, and customer attention. The service to date has been seamless, and we are moving forward with them for our rebuild. A special shout out to Drew, Tavis, Matt, Omar, and Ty.

Riker home services is amazing! I was introduced to them via signing up for the Bacon friends and family plan. They have come in and dealt with the damage I had from a leaky toilet, and have come to perform my standard maintenance on my garage door. At the end of the garage door visit everything was tightened and greased properly, and they got me hooked up with a surge protector that they guarantee for 3 years if any electric issues damage my set up they will repair at no cost. They are professional, friend and just overall a joy to deal with. Special shout outs to Ty and to Adam they were awesome!
