Rizzuto has been working on my car accident case for a year 1/2 now. It has been a great experience so far as it heads into the litigation stage. I love that no matter what time I call, someone picks up the phone; and calls and emails are responded to timely. Mark Yakubov has always kept me in the loop and eased my mind that all is under control. He’s been a pleasure to work with. The only thing I would suggest to Rizzuto is when a case is being moved into a different dept as it moves up the steps with a new handler or someone moves on from the company that you have been working closely with,, to please let the client know so they aren’t surprised with changing of hands. Visited Rizzuto Law Firm for their Halloween haunted house party today. The whole office truly outdid themselves! Each room had a different theme! Their office provided lots of games and gave out full size treats to the kids. My daughter absolutely loved the event!
