I highly recommend this practice. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and patient centered.

We accompanied our mom to have her cervical and lower lumbar procedure with Dr. Ozarkar. He and his staff were wonderful. Every aspect and detail was explained to us and we were given every opportunity to ask questions. We highly recommend Dr. Ozarkar.

I had chronic neck (headaches) and shoulder pain where I was taking pain meds almost daily. I had stem cell treatment in 2019 and now 5 years later, I am still living nearly pain free. I now rarely take any pain medication and my headaches rarely occur. My shoulder works well and is without pain. I am so grateful for the Roirdan clinic giving me this new lease on life.

I had been looking into this for a while. Someone recommended Riordan Medical Institute to me. I had already read about Dr Neil Riordan so I was familiar with his work. Talked several times on the phone with Dr Ozarkar. Very helpful and answered all questions I had. Stayed a week. Exceptional consumer service. Treated lumbar area, left hamstring and left knee. I am 2 weeks into this and feel really optimistic. All my trust and respect for the team.

I can't say enough good things about this place and about Dr. Ozarker in particular. I went to the clinic prepared to throw money at a knee problem and they took the time to figure out what's going on, walk me through options, and ultimately recommended a much more wallet-friendly fix than what I thought I needed. Also, the vibe from the moment you walk into the clinic is welcoming and comforting, and everyone who interacted with me was friendly, kind and caring. If only all healthcare were like RMI. These folks do healthcare right!!

It's always a red flag when a healthcare provider criticizes competitors and Riordan in Southlake offered some blatantly biased criticisms of local competitors. Call around. Don't pay the exorbitant fees at Riordan if competitors are half the price and getting the same quality FDA inspected stem cells/exosomes

After dealing with chronic pain in my right knee for 3+ years, I began researching alternative treatment options in PRP and stem cell therapy. After extensive research and hearing countless success stories, I decided to give it a shot. A month later, the PRP therapy Dr. Ozarkar provided has enabled me to run pain free - a feat that wasn't possible prior to the injection. I can't recommend RMI highly enough. I was told by RMI I was a good candidate for stem cell in my rt knee after they looked at MRI. I doubled up on stem cell doses as I was having allot of pain. Therefore, I spent allot money at RMI in Southlake TX. 7 months after stem cell injection, I called RMI several times to tell them I had no relief. I finally broke down and went to ortho with the exact MRI disc and report that I had with Riordan 7 months earlier. I had orthoscopic surgery, the Dr. removed 4 very large loose bodies that stem cells cannot repair. So, RMI knew there were loose bodies as it was stated in the MRI report and they continued to give me stem cells (2 doses) and knew that it would not relieve my pain. I am upset because I feel like stem cells are the way, if you are truly a good candidate. But, in this case, I believe it was all about the money, because they knowingly injected me and knew it would not work.

Life changing! My shoulder had several injuries, very old - 15 years +, and after 1 treatment session at RMI it is better than I can ever remember it being!

Dr. Ozarkar has the intimate knowledge and experience of stem cell therapy. I was there yesterday to have them treat my elbow, so it’s too soon to tell what the results will be, but based on the other Google reviews and my buddy Randy who did the research for me to find RMI, this is certainly the way to recovery. Ana at the front desk is so very pleasant and Dusty in the back office is fantastic too.
