The best customer experience I've had Was referred to Sydney Pool Robotics by All Clear Pool Supplies and was specifically asked to speak to Aaron. This was for a fault with my Dolphin S300i which I thought will need to be thrown as it was over 4 years old and had stopped working. To my surprise, when I spoke to Aaron, he walked me through few easy steps over the phone to try and see if I could fix it myself. And based on his inputs, after doing all that was required, the unit started working. He saved me time and money where I know of other business who would have asked to bring the unit to the store and charge money for doing any investigation on it. That was not the case with Aaron. Thank You so much for your tips and also Thank You to "All Clear Pool Supplies" for forwarding me to Aaron.

Great customer service Excellent service provided by Aaron. We had an issue with an older model robotic cleaner power control unit where parts are no longer supported. This could have resulted in having to spend $2k on a new unit however, Aaron offered, at no cost, a surplus replacement power unit that was still working, giving us a bit more life out of our cleaner before we have to upgrade . This is an example of great customer service and caring about people not having to spend money when something can be repurposed. Thanks Aaron :)

Great customer service Brilliant customer service from Aaron. I made the drive (about an hour from my place) twice to get my pool cleaner repaired. Aaron’s first fix didn’t work. I was about to order a new, expensive part from the manufacturer but Aaron followed up with me to see how I went and I explained what had happened. He then went and found a replacement part that he had been poised to throw out and said he’d fix it for me for free. I drove back, Aaron did it and true to his word did not charge me. The cleaner is now problem free and working perfectly. Fantastic! Thanks Aaron!

What a great experience at a great price I don't write reviews unless I am really blown away, either good or bad. I can only say wonderful things about Aaron and Sydney Robotics. I explained my needs for a pool robot and I was sold exactly what I needed at a great price. No upsell, no fuss, just fantastic customer service. I really don't know why you would go anywhere else to buy a pool robot, especially knowing if I have any issues, Aaron will sort it. Can't recommend highly enough.
