I had the best customer service experience during my recent visit to this clinic. Heidi Lucas, the respiratory CPAP specialist, very patiently explained everything about the airsense 10 machine. She is indeed very passionate about her profession and answered all my queries to the very best of her abilities. I felt very blessed to have met such a dedicated and conscientious professional. Earlier, I had a telephone conversation with the senior professional called Michelle, who was also very thorough with her knowledge about these CPAP machines. She was very helpful with her non judgmental and non biased advice. I highly recommend this clinic for all your CPAP needs. Please do request to be served by Heidi, and you will be guaranteed the most wholistic professional experience. Keep up the great work. Lots of gratitude for all your help.

Drove an hour there and back based on incorrect information. They are the only Perth stockists of the DreamWear Precise Fit. I rang to specifically ask if the range runs smaller than the standard Small - I was advised YES. Turns out that the Number 1 size is pretty much the same size as the standard Small. I realise the reason they gave me the wrong answer is because they didn't have any out of the packets and they are positioned in the packets so that you can't see the hole - so giving me the answer I wanted was the easiest option, rather than battling with the vacuum pack to turn the product around, leaving me to have to do that battle whilst I was down there. Total waste of time, effort and fuel pollution.

Hi Aural, thank you for your feedback. The Philips Dreamwear Precision Fit range covers 11 sizes in addition to the standard S, M, MW, and L sizes. The sizes cover a number of variations including sizes that are smaller and larger than standard and a number of variations in-between. There are a total of 15 sizes across the Dreamwear UTN range and the differences between one size and another are subtle. We are sorry you couldn't find a size to meet your requirements. Worst store I ever been. I been to this store twice and keep rescheduling my appointments on different issues. No sense of customer engagement. No value of customer. My today’s appointment was canceled as I was 10 min late and sale persons refused to attend. My appointments were rescheduled without any effort to seek an explanation for the delay, and my situation was seemingly ignored. While I understand the importance of being on time, I believe there should be some level of flexibility and understanding, especially for minor delays and also I have mentioned on my appointment that I have to drive an hour to get there. The immediate refusal to accommodate me, without any consideration, felt dismissive and unfair.

Unfortunately your arrival was 21 mins late into a 30 minute appointment, with another patient scheduled directly after you. Our technician offered an alternative appointment this week and was going to provide a longer time to better accommodate you. We apologise if your interaction felt dismissive, unfortunately we just weren't able to adequately serve you with such a short period before the next patient. My wife has had next to ZERO after market help with a noisey CPAP machine that keeps us both awake. Will not even swap it out for a higher machine, which is quieter. Would not recommend this place at all.Once you have paid for the product, they are not interested in giving you what you have paid for. Go anywhere else but here. Very disappointing.

We returned the device to the manufacturer (ResMed) on two occasions, and on both occasions provided a replacement device free of any charge while the original device was reviewed. We also have a 30 day money back guarantee on all ResMed devices which was available to you, is backed by ResMed, was detailed at the time of purchase, and is also clearly visible as part of the warranty registration. We also provided a number of appointments with our CPAP technicians in a effort to work through the noise issues. At no point was there any further cost to you. While we appreciate your wife's frustration that the device was perceived as noisy, after sales service was happily provided on multiple occasions in a effort to resolve this. We do not routinely swap out devices for 'higher machines' and options were provided to you to assist.

Fantastic with response time and service, I had some issues (probably user-caused) with ordering off the website at first, after emailing the store it took no time at all for them to reply and offer assistance. Website ordering issues were resolved and the order's on its way. Great service is hard to find, so will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Dont go anywhere else until you go to Rockingham CPAP. The packages are best in WA, accessories and you great customer service. It might be far to drive for some but its worth the drive
