Fantastic service Great service, I was a bit worried about the condition my guitar was in but they really did a great job. Very friendly and easy to talk with. As well as a set up they carried out a deep polish and made my guitar look and play like it's brand new.

2017 Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster 1956 NOS Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster 1956 NOS Saw this guitar last week and contacted Rolly to ask a few questions. I got 2 quick replies with photos and bought the guitar. Arrived very quickly and was exactly as described. A fantastic instrument with virtually no wear. PRS Custom24 10 Top Met Rolly today, took a trip from Colchester to trade in my Gibson Les Paul and Fender Telecaster against a PRS custom24 10 Top! Rolly was amazing and such a nice guy, made us feel very welcome and we stayed for a while so it was a great experience! I left with my new guitar and I am over the moon!! Thanks 🙏

1999 Fender American Standard Stratocaster I saw the Strat’ on Rolly’s website and having read the description I watched his video review (which was rather amusing as usual !) and then checked out several of the reviews from previous customers before making the deal. Delivery was a few days later and everything was as promised, the guitar is immaculate, all the case candy was there and it played great, straight out of the box - glad I took the plunge, a great deal.

Fender Ultra Texas Tea Bought a Texas Tea. Pretty much on the strength of Rolly’s full demo. Was a bit worried about the noiseless pickups, as some reviews were a bit negative but they’re soooo great. Don’t know what the fuss is all about. 🤷‍♂️ He’s a top guy! I’d have no problem buying another from him. Awesome! ❤️

Strat Elite Great guitar and great service from Rolly. The video demo of the guitar from Rolly was really useful in hearing its sound and seeing its good condition. It made the difference between buying from him vs other places selling the same model. Definitely recommend Rolly.

Fender Stratocaster Custom Shop '56 Fender Stratocaster Custom Shop '56 Superb guitar in excellent condition and perfectly set up by Rolly & Niki. All original equipment included with beautiful Tweed case. Saw Rolly playing the guitar on You Tube and just had to have it !. Got a great deal on the guitar. Rolly was brilliant to deal with and excellent communication. Guitar was well packed and sent very quickly.

Highly recommended Bought a Martin D28. I have to echo all the positive reviews here, Rolly was really easy and straightforward to deal with, and clearly knows his onions when it comes to guitars. The guitar I bought was in fantastic condition, EXACTLY as described both in the written summary and the accompanying video. Picked it up in person and I do recommend the coffee. Couldn't fault this and would be happy to buy from him again.
