Promises are kept, employees show up on time and actually work, phone calls are returned, and they provide you with a daily log letting you know what was completed, what the plan is for the next day, and what their approximate arrival time will be. What? Who does that ?? Rosewood does, that’s who! If you’ve been putting off projects worried about whether or not the sub-contractors will even show up, or worse, disappear after they’ve torn your house apart for days, weeks or months….worry no more! This is a “hands on” company that truly cares about your experience and takes pride in the finished product. The owner even comes out to your house right before the project starts to answer any questions you may have, confirm what work will be completed and make sure everyone is on the same page. My husband and I had all the exterior trim painted and stained on our house and tuff-shed, and it looks amazing! Chad and Dan were friendly, professional, answered questions along the way and put in a full-days work every day! WOW…. That doesn’t happen anymore in this day and age. We are so happy and impressed by Rosewoods’ level of integrity and customer service that we will be hiring them again to remodel our interior. Thank you Rosewood for a fantastic experience!
