I called royal plumbers to come and fix my kitchen basin that seperated from the counter top and fell loose. The guys came out same day to have a look, the used some sort of water proof expoxy to try and glue the basin to the counter top. This unfortunately did not work, so they said they would come out the next day to fix it, this never happened. I phoned twice the next day without an answer.
This would be all fine and well, but now the expoxy is stuck to my basin and underside of my countertop as well as on my floor tile and marble counter (small spot).
I had to call out other plumbers that come and fix their mess, was not impressed.

Poor workmanship!
Royal plumbers repaired a toilet leak at my flat in Hatfield at the start of January 2017. They responded to my call within 24 hours.
The leak started again within less than 3 months of repair!
When the toilet started leaking again at the same place where they stopped the leak on 29 March 2017 they were promising to come repair the leak again. Up to now I have been waiting for more than a week. Everyday they commit to come and repair the leak, but they never arrive.
