We found the perfect tiles for the bathrooms in our flat renovation here, but we needed them extremely quickly. Savan organised delivery as soon as the tiles came into their warehouse, and we got them just in time to ensure there were no delays. On inspection of the tiles, we had a broken pack (they're tiles, this happens sometimes) and they organised replacements straightaway and Savan drove them over himself as the delivery team were fully booked. Great service, very happy with how the tiles look, I would happily use Royale Tiles again.

After visiting the tiles shops all over London including top/exclusive shops in Chelsea and Knightsbridge, and giving up the hope to find perfect match of quality/colour and price, we were So lucky to find this truly absolutely best shop ( a bit outside london). We went there 3 times just to be sure it is what it is and what we want for the price we ever didn’t hope. It is honestly Best Tiles Showroom in London/Kent/Surrey. The customer service is what I call perfect: no pressure, very knowledgeable, very friendly, very cooperative and helpful. The way they run their businesses is quite different to others : treat their potential buyers as an already existing customers, flexible with prices, thinking out of box… We were so pleased with the quality ( tiles and customer service), choice of the tiles is Unbelievable! And prices are just right. We were a bit too careful with our choice of tiles ( green Turkish ) I wish we would go for more… it is a most beautiful spot in our bathroom now. Going to buy quartz kitchen worktop and splash back as choice of colours and price is unbeatable. Wishing these guys best of luck in their business. They deserve it!
