Beautiful ambience and attention to detail in the restaurant; decorations and music were all on point. I got spicy red curry with crispy chicken and it was delicious. Edible flowers in the dishes were a nice touch.

The best lunch I’ve had in a while: nothing warms the heart like a good curry. Their dumplings are really on point too.

Some unique dishes for a NY thai spot.
The Mama tom yum noodle isn't really a soup, its the cup noodle with some sautéed vegetables and a few shrimp. The river prawn was on the smaller side and didn't taste very fresh, but that's kind of understandable since it's a super difficult ingredient to source outside of Thailand.
Service was quick and staff extremely pleasant. We were able to take our time and enjoy the food and ambiance.

One of the most authentic Thai food anywhere around and glad to discover accidentally. Service is great along with the presentation and vibe. I will be coming here again for sure

Great service, hostesses were very attentive.
Food was great, wish it was spicer but that’s no problem :)
They were very careful with my severe peanut allergy which I really appreciate.

Great service! We stopped in to grab late lunch. Extensive menu, but thankfully wasn’t too overwhelming. The food was amazing!!!

We were craving Thai food and happened to come across Rua Thai on our trusty Yelp app. My husband ordered Massaman curry chicken lunch special with dumplings and I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and spring rolls lunch special. The food was delicious. The flavor was impeccable and was balanced right. The service was top notch and the ladies were nice. The atmosphere was very nice and comfy. We loved the decor with the cute lamps, flowers, and embroidered pillows. This is a nice place for a date.
