Easy to buy good price. Delivered a bent up piece of junk. Returning it has been a nightmare. They won't exchange the broken unit for a good one. Their sale department is great. Their customer service is awful! They sent a pick-up guy out to pick it up without sending the paperwork me. My wife wasted all day waiting for him then he refused to take it. it has been a total circus every since THEY damaged it.

bought a thermometer/ hygrometer, it didn't work and i would have to pay shipping to return it and shipping for them to send a new one. on top of that the thermometer/ hygrometer was probably a second from china !!!!

Rural energy has had a stranglehold on Alaskan Toyo sales forever. We pay a lot more then down south price and availability is spotty. Now they are rewarding Monitor stove owners with discounts instead of loyal Toyo customers that have 4 or 5 dead toyos laying around. Time to switch to other heat source.

Stole my money! Sold me a broken machine, couldn't fix it, lied to me about what they would do to make it right, admitted to their faults but made excuses saying they can't refund me fully because they need to be able to make money off the broken machine that they are going to finally fix for themselves and try to resell. They did not care that they left me without any heat for multiple days/nights. They tried to blame it on fuel or install (something non machine related)even though everything at my home was inspected by their team and they could not find any problems with the fuel or install. I now have my new machine from Spenard's hooked up and it's been running perfectly with no errors or faults for over a month now. The problem was clearly the broken machine from VBS, not anything fuel or install related on my end.. but I'm still left without my money. These are absolutely horrible people that stole my money.
