Have used Safe and Sound twice now. First for a viper and now for an updated alarm as I needed the extra protection. The guys are very accommodating and friendly. I had loads of questions about security and also about car audio etc. and they annd all of them confidently. Really know their stuff. Great service from start to finish from Adam Smith who was the engineer who came out. He arrived on time and got straight to work after discussing some options. The install took just over an hour and the result looks great and like it was factory fitted.

Extremely pleased with the work done by Safe and Sound on my X5M, including immobiliser, tracker and cameras at a good price. Very professional install at my home by Luca and a great run through given of all the features. The booking process was very easy from initial contact with Adam Smith who answered all my questions, through to the office staff including Kerry and Julie who were really helpful getting me booked in. Highly recommended.

Really happy with the installation of the two Viper 106V Immobilisers to mine and my partners car (Fiesta ST and Abarth 595). Adam was very polite and very efficient with the installation, he had my full trust with both of the cars. Straight away I could tell he took great pride in his work and took great care with customer’s cars. After completion, Adam went into great detail explaining how the immobilisers worked which was very reassuring and put my partner as ease. Very happy customer and without question would definitely use Safe and Sound again.

Adam has fitted our security systems twice now. He has always turned up on time and let us know beforehand his arrival time. The job gets completed accurately and tidy after he has finished. Would definitely recommend safe and sound.

Very happy with the service provided by Safe and sound/Lee I was initially skeptical of travelling 3 hours to go and have the security on my car fitted when I had other installers closer. (I had some other work done poorly in the past that needed fixing) After dealing with Lee and seeing how professional he is, I would highly recommend going to him regardless of how far you are travelling. He did an excellent job installing everything and explaining it to me, all the work was completed within an hour and working perfectly. Why bother going anywhere else when you can get it done right the first time at safe and sound?

Booked my Ford Transit Custom in for new speakers and active sub, plus a reversing camera. An amazing job, everything is looking factory, the audio sounds brilliant. Lee is brilliant, knowledgeable, and honest. Highly recommend!

Great service and customer support

Never responds to emails EDIT pretending it could be in spam...we've communicated several times prior. Impossible to be in junk.

Phoned to discuss my requirements Lee was knowledgeable and very helpful about what I needed , quality of fit was excellent and attitude of the fitter was second to none ,I will be using again for my other vehicle thanks guys 👍

Realy happy with the installation of the Car Stereo, DAB set up, subwoofer and reversing camera. Thoughtfully installed and listened to things I'd suggested.
