I found James as a result of a shout-out on socials for an alarm installer to replce my existing out dated system. I messaged and he was quick to respond, followed by an extremely informative discussion about my options, without giving me the sale-pitch treatment, only offering what he considered right for me. This was followed up with another visit to demo the solution I'd chosen. James really knows his products, and is professional and friendly. My chosen system is now fitted. He even drilled a small hole in my wall to hide some wiring made safe from my old kit - above and beyond the orginal remit! Absolutely recommended, thanks so much!!

They quickly identified the issue and had it fixed in no time. Not only did they repair the system, but they also took the time to explain how everything works and made sure I felt comfortable using it before he left.
