I had purchased a new voltas A/c with them wrost experience that was.. A/c not working condition..The engineer doesn't know how to repair, they do not Carry sufficient tools which require for fixing the AC.. No service after sales.. you have to make lot's of follow up..them.. for saving of few money. I had spend too much money.. this is my first AC. Services are pathetic.. I really suggest do not buy anything from them.. you feel cheated with yourself...
