Beautiful pieces and friendly staff! Very happy with my purchase

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of working with Isaac at Sashka Jewelry to design a custom wedding band, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Isaac truly understood our vision and brought it to life with remarkable precision. We were impressed with the level of service and promptness, as we were able to pick up the finished wedding band in less than three weeks. Isaac and his team at Sashka Jewelry exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional craftsmanship and service.

The process to purchase luxury jewelry at the right price can be confusing for people, Isaac and Sashka Jewelry store made it simple and to the point. Grateful to have met Isaac a true professional, he will be my jewelry connection in NYC for sure.

Nice family establishment! Walked in close to closing time with a sentimental ring that a diamond chip had fallen out of. Isaac said to give him 10 minutes and he'd have it fixed. Indeed, his lovely mother returned 10 minutes later with the stone back in it's rightful place. To top it off, he didn't even charge me. Truly kind. I hope I'm in need of fine jewelry one day because I would definitely go back to them.

Sashka is a lovely midtown family owned jewelry boutique. Isaac was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable! Isaac treats you like one of his family every step of the way. We were in NYC for a weekend anniversary trip. We originally had planned on visiting another jeweler we had purchased a few pieces from over the years…. While looking for that place we stumbled up Sashka Jewelers. Issac and his team were wonderful. They were super hospitable and not pushy at all. They were patient with me and not once did I feel rushed. I can see this becoming a lifelong relationship.

My husband and I walked the Diamond District this weekend, and we weren't sure which store(s) to enter. When we walked by Sashka Jewelry, there was a friendly face in the window. I'm so glad we walked in! From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and never pressured. I'm one that walks away if someone gets too "salesy" and doesn't give me space to look on my own. Isaac took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and was incredibly patient throughout the process, offering guidance without any pushiness. Even when I needed time to think about what I wanted (and left the store before making a purchase), he had no attitude when I needed some time to consider the options. After walking into other stores, we ended up circling back to Sashka Jewelry. They were welcoming when we returned! Even better - I appreciated that they suggested ways to save money and didn't seem to be trying to make the highest sale they could; they seemed to truly want me to leave happy. It’s rare to find a jeweler who genuinely prioritizes the customer’s needs over making a sale, and that made all the difference. Highly recommend! I know we'll be back - I mean, holidays are coming ;-)

Isaac and the entire team were extremely helpful and informative. Between being lovely humans to befriend and work with for having jewelry made. The piece they custom made was BEAUTIFUL. They are a real "gem" in working transparently and curating a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely become a frequent patron and would recommend this to my closest friends, family, and loved one.

Went to NYC to look for a diamond engagement ring with my boyfriend the first week of July. Since we are from out of state we were unaware that this is the week jewelers take off for holiday. Luckily there were a few jewelry stores open, including Sashka. My boyfriend and I settled on purchasing from here because Isaac not only took his time with us but sourced other diamonds within minutes for us to look at. Which is actually an impressive feat because other jewelers weren’t able to do the same. Isaac also made us feel very welcome and took his time to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase. We ultimately decided to purchase a beautiful radiant cut stone. We are very pleased with the entire experience and plan to reach out to Isaac for future purchases.

Where do i begin, I was referred to Isaac from a friend and let me just say, he is my jewelry guy forever moving foward. I worked with him on finding the perfect engagment ring and the process was seemless and made buying this important piece easy. He helped me craft the perfect ring with options and recommendations to fit exactly what I am looking for. He went above and beyond for me and my soon to be fiance and I am greatful to have a jewelry guy like him. This was an out of state purchase and this can be a little scary but I can assure you he had the ring to me in no time and it exceend my expectations.
