Our whole family loves Janel Bailey! Her treatments and services are top notch and her knowledge of skin care is superb. Better still, she is tremendously sweet, kind, and pleasant to be with. As professional as she is, she also feels like a friend. We've been going to her for 3 years and there's no one we would recommend more highly.

Janell is the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every product and treatment she used, ensuring everything was tailored specifically to my skin’s needs. My skin has never felt and looked better! I highly recommend Janell to anyone.

On my own accord I had recently over used a Retinol product which left my skin feeling like cement, I went in to SAS today and my skin is glowing after my facial. Janell is a true professional, she explains the process throughout the facial experience and continues to check in with her client to ensure they are comfortable. She explains the products she is using, along with why and how to use them at home if you choose. I highly recommend!!

Janell at Sound Aesthetic Spa was referred to me by several people. I had the DF Facial which I loved. She analyzed my skin and customized the Environ products that will give me the long term results I’m looking for. I left feeling relaxed and pampered. I highly recommend her and will be rebooking. Update: 7/14/24 I have seen Janell for several services since my last review. I can confidently say my skin is more firm and radiant looking. With her guidance I am using the Environ C-Quence serum + body oil kit combined with Elta MD’s sunscreen products. I can see a correction in my fine lines and discoloration. The investment in my skin has been worth it and I look forward to seeing how she can help me continue to transform my skin.

In our time together Janell taught me about hydration, what nutrients my skin needs, and what type of intervention can be taken. There are so many types of facials and potions out there, she explains what does and doesn't work for my skin. I was assigned some homework, due on my next visit...lolz. I appreciate that as we should all know what is going on our faces & bodies. 10/10 recommend. ♥️

I absolutely recommend Sound Aesthetics & Spa for facials or micro needling. Janelle is knowledgeable, professional and excellent at giving facials. I’ve felt so relaxed and pampered every time I’ve had a facial. Also, I’m committed to using her product because I have a lot of years of sun exposure, so we’re trying to reverse the damage and I have to say, my skin is feeling amazing and starting to look better too, it’s a process. She uses the most wonderful products that infuse vitamins AC&E into your skin which helps to encourage the growth of collagen and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
