Hi Rob. So great to be able to provide a delicious cake and some nutritious raw meals. Your dogs are so beautiful and definitely live the life. And for those who aren't aware: we take back our packaging (dishwasher clean and free of food matter), and the boxes never get to landfill as they are taken back to the manufacturer, shredded, and made into new boxes.

It's been a pleasure to look after Chelsee. We specialise in pancreatic varieties so dogs told they can never eat anything but processed bland, multinational owned food. Find they can eat over 10 varieties, all complete individually, to keep them interested in food and life.. and most importantly away from the vet!

Hello Stephanie, thank you so much for your detailed product review. The Sardine Pellets are indeed perfect for remote devices like treat and train. Much healthier than the kibble option. Roo rippers are like hens teeth so get them while you can!

Hello Harry, Wow. where to start indeed. From the tone of your review, we can only suggest you are in a very negative space right now. we haven't stayed in business for 22 years by being : "disgustingly rude, over opinionated and pig headed". Dehydrating your own treats is a great idea, so are unsure why you approached one of our stalls, if you didn't want to buy anything? We fully support people buying their own quality sardines, venison, turkey, emu, crocodile, salmon and DYI. Your reference to: "well the cost of the food", is an indicator you are not a high quality dog food purchaser either. We are very competitive in the fresh quality dog food market. you can google it. As for the Sardine balls [sic] , our Sardine Pellets are the original and the best, which again, is why you have found we are probably not a great fit for you. It's encouraging that you are feeling more positive by the time you finished your review, (on products you didn't want, had no intention of purchasing and have never used) and had a "laugh". Reviews like yours are a wonderful way for potential clients to know we don't filter our reviews, and they can trust our 4.8 stars over 22 years. Thank you. EDIT: having seen you become even more vitriolic, and "update" your original review from(8/7/22, it can only be assumed you are on a mission to keep this review at the top of all others, and to try and destroy a business ( 3 months after any apparent contact: at the Easter show with 90 000 other people: from the information in THIS review, not the last). We've had many 5 star reviews and continued repeat business online, from making amazing connections at The Easter Show. From your update, to your original review, I have good senses, that you, Harry Dixonballs are posting on a few of these platforms. Your outrage is palpable, yet you have taken out our opinions on all the products you originally reviewed here: the treats, THE FOOD (which we didn't sell at / or take to the Easter show), and the Sardine Pellets . All of which are reviewed here by many many happy customers. My original reply (all above), will seem odd to those who didn't see your original slagging off of our products, even though you hadn't tried them, and said you didn't want them, and had come over with no intention of purchasing or engaging in a positive way... (all deleted parts of your previous review). I have faith however, in most rational people to see this review for what it is. We wish you all the best, making your treats and feeding your furry family whatever you think is best for them. We ask you to refrain from continuing to attack us, publicly, and personally. You have a right to your review, we have a right to reply. If you wish to continue this back and forth: please leave ALL the information on the platform.
