They are very knowledgeable. Eric always calls me back when I left a message. They were patient with me regarding getting the proper documents, and very detailed with have the person served properly. Paying them their fee is a no brainer, for a somewhat complicated process like this. I highly recommend Small Claims Filing!

This man got the job DONE and took the brain work out of it for me. He was able to find my dead beat ex landlord in 0.2 seconds and have him served. I had very little information too. It was very much a pain free process and worth every dime. I won my case too! Thank you, Eric!

Eric was condescending and generally unhelpful in a disappointing way. If you're paying a company to have someone served, the people who work at that company should at least be familiar enough with the law and legalese to advise you on the process of suing someone in small claims court. Talking down to someone who wants to do business with you who claims they paid a rental company a holding deposit they're withholding should be pretty easy. You're suing the corporation. I mentioned the corporation's name three times on the call and he continued to ask me who I'm suing. I told him, look, if I'm paying you I need to know I'm handling this appropriately. Who am I suing? The corporation? The manager? If I'm suing who I paid directly that would be Rent Cafe but I'm obviously not doing that. He continued to talk down to me as if I, the customer, was wasting his time. Yuck. Understand that you can work with these people, but they don't even have general legal knowledge.

The defendant owed me money resulting from an automobile accident but refused to pay. Small claims court was my only alternative but I had never done this before and had no idea how to proceed but then I found Small Claim Filings online. They filed all the forms for me and even served the defendant his notice to appear at court. It was so professionally done that the defendant paid the amount I was asking and I did not even need to appear in court. SCFilings even cancelled the court date for me. I was surprised how low their fees were for all their services. I even received a personal phone call from them to resolve any questions that I might have. I would definitely use them again!!

I was faced with having to file a small claims against a company and didn't know what the first thing was that I needed to do. SC Filings, Inc popped up in my Google search when I was trying to figure out how to file. I read the reviews, called, and Eric was friendly, informative, and put my mind at ease, telling me he would take care of everything, I gave him all the information he asked for paid a low fee and the person was served, and I have a court date. Everything was done over the phone, and by email. Eric emailed me step by step what was happening. SC Filings saved me time, and what I feel would have been a lot of effort on my part for a very affordable price. All I can say is give them a try in stead of taking a chance on your own if your not familiar with filing in small claims. Thanks Eric, I appreciate the service and peace of mind you have provided me.
