AVOID this company! They charge an absolute fortune and can't even get the job right. They do not turn up time and time again and when they do finally turn up they have quoted the job wrong or their 'workmen' can't even do their job properly. Found much more reliable and affordable companies to do the work needed!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Scutum visited the office and assessed the best options, before explaining them, with the associated costs and pro's/cons. They then scheduled the work, arrived promptly and did a great job. The engineer was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The system installed is excellent. I am happy to recommend Scutum to anyone looking for intercom or keypad entry systems.

In my capacity as the Site Manager, Scutum supplied and fitted 16 CCTV security cameras and recording equipment over the course of 3 days at the Minster Schools in Croydon. I found the Scutum sales operation to be proactive and competitively priced with the installation quick and professional. If you're looking to install a CCTV system I would suggest that you seriously consider using them.

I have dealt with Scutum for many years, always very helpful getting jobs done and paperwork out.
The consultants and Engineers are knowledgeable and offer a great service.
They have the same engineers going to our sites, so they know the sites very well.

Scutum South East have just written to confirm a price increase on our home alarm from £80 pa to £175 pa excl VAT. That's a 116% increase, or 29 times the current rate of inflation. I just have no words to describe how I feel about their way of treating long standing, loyal customers. As for their 'guiding values of Customer-centricity, Integrity, Responsibility, Respect, Cooperation, and Loyalty'.... well, 29 times the rate of inflation????

Having had the chance to review this case, we thought we best to reply to a few of the comments you have made.
We have had to review our pricing model across the board following price increases we have seen. Whilst for many years we have tried to absorb the cost of these increases on behalf of our existing customers, there comes a point where we have been left with no choice but to increase these.
We are sorry that on this occasion you have been left unsatified with the pricing on this and whilst we have tried to do something with the price for you we completely understand and are more than happy to terminate your contract with us at no cost and allow us to part ways.

All credit to Gary Wicks. Do not normally review except in exceptional circumstances, and this consultant is definitely exceptional. On call 24/7, Gary and his team assists us with our passive fire safety needs when it comes to contracts, servicing, certifications and problem solving. They deal with all our fire systems, CCTV, lights, AOV's, panels - and so much more. We manage over 2500 units nationwide, and have only experienced professionalism and reliability to date!
