Ken Madray has saved me twice now. He found a beautiful place for my mother that met all her needs and when she needed more he found us another perfect option. If you or a loved one needs help sorting the nightmare of elder care, you'd do well to give this company a call.

Andre is the most considerate, knowledgeable, caring person. He will help you with every aspect of placing your loved one or caring for them at home. He understands how absolutely difficult, stressful, confusing and emotional this can be. Once you talk to him you will feel you contacted someone who truly gets what your going through. He helped me with an out of state transfer. It was so complicated. But we got it done. Could not have done it without him. I'm so blessed and lucky I found him. He made such an emotional time better. My brothers and I feel so lucky to have found Susannah and Senior Living Selections. We are out of state and could not have navigated the initial rehab facility placement and assisted living facility selection process without her expertise and patience. From her initial in-home visit with our father to the many hours she spent advising on and coordinating Medicare, facility transfers and military benefit issues, we felt like Susannah was not only our father’s (and our) trusted advisor but someone who was looking out for our best interests in the same way a close family member would. So incredibly responsive, effective and knowledgeable - and fun to work with too, during an often stressful time.

Alicia Artz came to my rescue when my wife went berserk while I was driving our car. Alicia and her husband were out for a walk and she interrupted their walk to help me and my wife. At one of the worst times of my life, there aren’t enough words to say how much Alicia Artz from Senior Living Selections has helped me. From the first phone call, when I was in crisis, trying to get help for my loved one, Alicia came through for me again and again and again. She has been my rock through it all, by responding to my first call for help, following through with helping me find a good facility for my husband, and all the mind boggling details that go along with that process. She even was there for me while she was on vacation. If I could give Alicia 100 gold stars, that would never be enough. She is the best!!!!!

Researching long term care for my father was daunting to say the least. I met Alicia Artz while my dad was in the hospital and her caring nature, expertise, and compassion helped take me off the ledge, allowing me to think through our options more clearly. Sadly, my father passed before the need for long- term care arose so I never got to officially use her services, but she checked in with me often to make sure I was not feeling lost and alone and I knew she would have been there had the time come. We were looking for an AL/MC to transition my 90 year mother to from an IL in Parkland Florida. Given the distances it made for a difficult transition. Ken was referred to us by an exec director of a Sarasota facility that wasn't a match. He raved about Ken and was sure he would get us to the right solution. He was right. I spent some time on the phone with Ken - we were out of town - giving him background on my mom and what her needs were. Ken identified 3 potential facilities, set up the visits and went with us to each of the facilities. Ken was also helpful in educating us to how these facilities operate, the things we should be looking for and the questions to ask. After return visits to dig deeper we were able to make an informed decision and begin the transition for my mother. While it has been a very difficult transition due to her medical situation we are confident in the facility and the caring staff. Thanks Ken for guiding us through and making a difficult process much more manageable.

Toni recently assisted me in helping find healthcare services for my father prior to his discharge from Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital. I have never had to deal with this type of situation before, and Toni was fantastic- she walked me through the process, explained some of the confusing details and provided me with options of different facilities, all of which provided the healthcare services which my father requires. She has also kept in touch with me after I was able to move my dad, and was able to assist us with terrific recommendations of additional service providers for us. We have been extremely blessed to have Toni to provide us with her assistance during an extremely trying time- her professionalism, thoughtfulness and humanity is greatly appreciated.

Thanks to Alicia for the wonderful, compassionate care she gave to our 98 year old mother while we were in Florida last winter. After a brief hospital stay we couldn't find home care.
