Simon and the team have a history of going above and beyond for my clients. Recently, they organised quotes and trades to have a property ready to lease whilst my clients were overseas. This level of service is often hard to find and makes them a fantastic option in the brisbane buyers agent market.

Was feeling daunted by the process to find and secure an apartment with my 25-y.o.first home-buyer. Not only is it a competitive market with tight availability, but a different approach seems necessary to suit the context for each property and seller. This requires the right property experience and strategies to source and negotiate a succesful buy. Emilio and the Setlr team brought a clear process, established network of seller agents to source properties on and off market and fantastic communication and advice that saved us stress, time and money on a great purchase in an ideal location.
