Great price on a clean, spacious place to stay near Disney, with the convenience of having laundry machines and a full kitchen. I would absolutely stay again.

Stayed at Tropical Escape by Shine. Lovely house. Clean, tidy and quiet. Pool is really nice. Situation is close to everything you will want. Communicate well.

The place was nice and clean . Although cheaper on air bnb . I over all enjoyed myself and my family . We had a great time . Nice neighborhood. Safe . Definitely will book again .

We loved the house. Nice and clean. Lots of room. The pool and jacuzzi were great. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We really enjoyed staying here. We look forward to staying again.

Poorly run establishment that will lie to accommodate their regulations. They denied entry to my service animal who they deemed an emotional support animal which couldn’t be more wrong. Would like to know who on their team is qualified to make that determination lol but anyways tread cautiously with this establishment.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay. From the beginning, I faced multiple issues with the door and keypad. Despite reaching out for help, I found myself locked out for over an hour and a half on my second day. I spoke with John Villanueva, who informed me he was contacting a locksmith, but I ultimately had to use my driver’s license to pry the lock open myself. The representatives I spoke to were unable to provide assistance or confirm the correct codes for the door and lock box. To make matters worse, the lock box was empty when I finally managed to open it. This was by far the most frustrating check-in process I’ve ever encountered, and it overshadowed my entire stay, especially since I was in Orlando for a conference. I’ve shared my concerns with the agency and requested a full refund, but I feel compelled to share this experience publicly. I do not recommend this property based on my experience with customer service and the handling of such a critical issue.

Avoid this company at all costs, probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They had rented out a villa to us knowing the condition of it inside was not fit for purpose And certainly not rentable by any standards Filthy from top to bottom. Apparently the “Owners” had just left the morning we arrived. Vomit stained carpets throughout the property, sofas cheap surfaces peeling and dirty, pool area had used plasters and hair nets all around, Fridge had no shelves, walls had dirty hand prints top to bottom, mattresses in serious need of renewal throughout. For the money we paid this property should never have been rented out. BEWARE !!.
