We worked with Shirescapes on a total redesign of our garden and we couldn't be happier. Harry was absolutely brilliant, from start to finish and even when the project (or the weather!) threw him some curveballs, everything was dealt with without any stress and we always felt that we knew what was happening and what what next. Harry gave us loads of advice and for the duration of the project, we were always kept in the loop. But, it's the quality of the work that speaks volumes. Harry is a perfectionist and every single element of the project was completed to an incredibly high standard and the finish garden was beautifully finished. We can't wait to add plants and spend the warmer days enjoying the space that Shirescapes created for us and we can't recommend them more.

Harry and his team did the most fantastic job on a very difficult site with a very complicated design and limited access! We are over the moon with the results. He is an absolute perfectionist and even when we added features as we went along, he was more than happy to accommodate our wishes although it meant they all had to work harder and later so that they weren’t late for the start of their next job. No hesitation in recommending them at all, they really do know their stuff. Everyone is amazed at how incredible our garden looks, just wish I had taken some before photos so that you could appreciate the difference.

Shirescapes did an amazing job transforming "our blank" canvas garden. From consulting and using their experience to produce a design for us that that perfectly transformed our garden. To speaking with us in a straightforward and pleasant manner throughout each step, and finishing each detail with care and attention - even down to clearing up in a way that you wouldn't have realised they had been in. We are overjoyed with our new garden and intend to enjoy it for many years to come.

When we met Harry for the initial visit, he immediately inspired confidence, with his knowledge of the possibilities for our plot, and of suitable materials. We knew what we preferred in terms of finish and he suggested and provided links to some beautiful limestone. We liked his design, incorporating clay pavers more suitable for a utility area, in a sympathetic colour. All the team were professional, friendly, informative, and their work ethic really admirable. The work was carried out efficiently, skillfully, and with great attention to detail. Harry was really good at keeping us informed, and the site was left in pristine condition as all aspects of the project completed. We had a house extension built in 2022 and decided to upgrade our rather tired looking garden to match. The problem was we didn't know where to start, so we contacted Nicky Heighes (@_thegardenfairy_) who produced a fantastic design and recommended Harry and his team at Shirescapes for the landscaping. Harry and his team came back with a very competitive quote and we knew immediately he was the right person for the job. Harry and the team (Max and Harrison) were a pleasure to work with, polite, punctual, tidy and extremely hardworking. Harry is very knowledgeable and made several useful suggestions that have made a big difference to the overall effect. The team's professionalism and attention to detail was second to none, even making sure the patio bricks were exactly the same as those on the house! The team finished the project on budget and schedule and were very flexible throughout, working around our builders who had not quite finished the extension. To say we never leave reviews is an understatement so the fact that we are now just goes to show how much we rate our experience with Shirescapes Ltd. We used these guys to lay a completely new rear patio that then carried all the way round the side and to the front of our house. They always arrived when they said they would, worked tirelessly throughout the day and most importantly always cleared up when they were done. If Harry couldn’t make it to site and he sent his lads he often came round to check their progress. And on that note, his two lads, Max and Harrison are a credit to him, professional, polite, friendly and hardworking! Harry and his team have just completed an amazing transformation of our garden, installing a large patio area and low tiled walls. They are returning in the autumn to add turf to finish it all off. They were such a pleasure to work with. Efficient, professional, knowledgeable and tidy. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any garden landscaping project.

August 2021 we decided to have a new patio laid and bamboo removed as it was spreading all over including next door. We had five firms come out to price the work, four were a total waist of time, did not even measure the area for the patio, then we met Harry, totally professional, well organised asked all the right questions and explained it would not be completed until March 2022. We are pleased to say we waited a very long 7 months as it was worth it. Harry and his team turned up on time as promised spent most of day one protecting our driveway and grassed area with ply boards and heavy duty polythene and lifting the old patio. Needless to say all the work was completed with great attention to detail and high quality standards. We have no hesitation in recommending Harry from Shirescapes Ltd. I have attached some photos and as you can see we still have our bit to do, i.e., the shrubs and flower beds, but its Harry's work you are interested in and thats the patio and re-laying of the astro turf after removing all the bamboo runners.

We have been thinking of getting our patio upgraded for ages and Harry really delivered. Harry and the Shirescapes team have done a great job of our patio and we are really impressed with Harry's contribution throughout the process. He brought some really great ideas to the table during the design phase and encouraged us to think about some different options. He clearly had a lot of perspective and his experience really built confidence in the plan. When we were refining our design with Harry, he had done his homework and brought many design ideas to the table including the benches and flower beds. He also has contacts with local suppliers so we could choose the tiles in person. Finally before we started, we physically marked out the patio so we would be sure it was the correct size for our needs. During the build Harry clearly understood exactly what was required to fulfil the plan. As with many things in construction, success is in the preparation and Harry made sure that everything was done to an exacting standard. The footing to our retaining wall has a proper foundation and the base of the patio is extremely robust. There were a lot of lovely touches done during the build. All of the tiles are mitred so the joints are very neat and tidy. When the benches were installed, Harry saw an opportunity to enhance the design and while the change is subtle it really makes a massive difference. The best thing about the project from my perspective is that it was hassle free. Everything was completed on time and there were no hiccups or snags. The project was on budget, the finished project looks amazing and all we need now is some sun and a BBQ.

We are very pleased with the finished result of Shirescapes' work relaying our patio. Harry & Harrison arrived when they said they would and all along discussed everything with us. Have no hesitation in reccomending this company.

Harry and his team are very hardworking, with exceptional attention to detail. Their workmanship is second to none, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for any task. Our job consisted of removal of our shed and concrete base, erecting a fence and laying a single level patio. I made a few changes to our initial plan and Harry was very happy to make any alterations. Harry erected our fence first, mid December, working in horrendous conditions, he was committed to completing the task within the deadline, even in the heavy rain. Harry started the rest of the project promptly as planned in the new year, and has finished as promised. We are so very happy with the results, we just need to finish the rest of the garden :-)
