I love Love Locked - it's a warm, inviting and beautifully curated space where you can always find something new to fall in love with. Kerry and her team are so welcoming and helpful and have the best taste. I could (and have!) spent hours shopping, chatting and trying on their jewelry. It's a MUST if you're in the area <3 couldn't love it more

Absolutely stunning jewelry and an incredible experience at Love Locked! I can't recommend this place enough. The pieces are like nothing else you'll find anywhere around—unique, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. Whether you're searching for something classic or a statement piece, they've got it all. Kerry and Michael, the owners, are truly special. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming, warm environment where you feel more like family than just a customer. It’s clear they are not only passionate about their craft but deeply committed to supporting and being an active part of the community. Every visit to Love Locked feels personal and meaningful. I am a local photographer and not only have I been a customer, but have also had the privilege of shooting some of the Love Locked collection. Each piece is truly a work of art. Best boutique / jewelry store on the east coast. Had them custom two pairs of earrings for my nieces' birthdays. Look at these colors!! Lotus garnet for January and sapphire for September. But not just any sapphire!! These came from Montana state in the US! The kids are in love with them. Thank you Love Locked

Kerry and her store Love Locked are some of the best pieces of Jersey City! The store is a literal gem (with gem stones for sale also). Everything in there is delicately hand picked and thoughtfully curated. Almost all of my own personal fine jewelry comes from Love Locked and I buy most of my Christmas and birthday gifts there as there is literally something for everyone. If you haven't been in there yet, you are missing out. And if they are ever closed, you can call or text the number listed as someone is always extremely responsive and will get back to you promptly.

I don’t even know where I would be without this store!! It’s my go-to for gifts (for others and for myself ;) They have such a beautiful selection of artisan jewelry and unique gifts, catering to various price points. The craftsmanship is top-notch and the customer service is exceptional. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and makes you feel like family. I highly recommend Love Locked for anyone seeking quality pieces and a delightful shopping experience.

Finely curated store for jewelry, apothecary, and home goods in Jersey City at the Grove Street Path. One of the go to local spots that always has something new. The owner is sweet as can be. Happy to support this independent shop any chance I get. Just got a permanent bracelet here I saw on the store Instagram. Love it. Update > Been back multiple times for more permanent bracelets. I saw on instagram and was able to make an appointment. Four bracelets and counting still going strong.

Had a bad experience at this store a while ago when they pretty rudely turned me away during what I’m guessing was an event. Which I can understand, it was an event. But the tone in which I was talked to was disappointing. And the swiftness in my review being taken down was just as disappointing. Hopefully this wont be taken down, as I’m still finding myself avoiding this establishment. EDIT: Wow. What a horrible response from the owner. No, the store was not closed. I was specifically told there was a private event going on, and I will not have my answers be swayed. To say i have NEVER been inside is FALSE. I have, and its super unprofessional to assume I haven’t. I was met with rudeness when I mistakenly tried to enter after seeing other people browsing, and I’m still being met with rudeness now. I am not “harassing” ANY small business. it doesn’t matter WHEN it happened, I deserve the right to share this information with others who may shop here, considering when I did leave a review about it during the time it happened, it was taken down. Best of luck to the owners who need some help in responding to criticism.

Love Lock is hands down my favorite jewelry shop! Kerry, the owner, is an absolute delight to work with. She helped my husband and me with our engagement bands, and her warm, welcoming nature combined with her incredible talent made the entire experience unforgettable. Every piece of jewelry I’ve purchased from Love Lock is stunning, and I always find myself coming back for more. My husband knows this is the only place to go when shopping for my gifts! But Love Lock isn’t just about jewelry—it’s a treasure trove for all kinds of thoughtful gifts. I’ve picked up beautiful items for friends and family, including my baby niece, and the selection of candles and gifting jewelry is fantastic. Kerry truly goes above and beyond for her customers. What lovely store this is. First I really really respect that all the diamonds are fair trade and sourced by the owner herself! There truly is nothing like her eye and selection is absolutely dazzling. I've sent many friends to Kerry as well who are all so happy with their wedding rings, gifts, candles, etc. This shop is a treasure! Make your appointment today-- as the shop is appointment only.

Love Locked has a very special place in my heart. My husband and I first found Love Locked when we moved to Jersey city looking to find the most perfect wedding bands. Not only is the store filled with the most amazing treasures from jewelry to candles and anything in between, Kerry and her staff are the best. They are knowledgeable and caring when it comes to helping you find the most perfect gift or personal piece for yourself. I couldn’t recommend this store enough. It’s where your jewelry dreams come true! My husband and I now live an hour away from the store but somehow we still find ourselves making day trips back to see Kerry, Micheal and all the amazing pieces they curate to have in their store!

I absolutely love this space. They have so much to offer - scented candles, luxury bath products, crystals (my entire collection below is from them), jewelry, and engagement rings. I've been shopping at Love Locked for nearly six years. I love every piece I've purchased and love the fact that I can find apothecary essentials there as well. Earrings, rings, loose stones, necklaces, handmade beautifully scented candles, cards, something for everyone Male or Female. It's a gathering place. People want to spend time there. The amazingly talented & joyful Ms. Lynn aka Diamond Diva is an absolute delight. She's a lovely woman, great designer and savvy business woman. The community loves her, she attracts people from all walks of life and even has folks coming in from NYC - just to see her. Regardless of how busy she is, when you walk in you are greeted with her beaming smile, dazzling eyes and a warmth that glows straight from her heart. She works diligently to foster an environment where she and the client co-create pieces that they will love for a lifetime. She's connected to not for profit organizations making a difference in the area - The Flow Initiative, The Water Front Project and York Street Project. My husband and I went to Love Locked for my engagement ring and wedding band! I wasn’t sure what style of engagement ring I wanted but Kerry was so kind and patient, showing me several cuts and listening to what I discovered I liked/didn’t like so that my then fiancé could come back to pick out the perfect ring for me. He went with an emerald cut with two side stones and I couldn’t be happier! I also worked with Kerry to design an engagement ring for my fiancé as well inspired by a family heirloom and she killed it. I of course went back to get my wedding band from here as well. By this time, Kerry had the back appointment lounge open (which is beautiful btw!) so that we could try on wedding bands in private. You won’t get better service anywhere else in Jersey City.

What a gem! The location, owner and quality of work. 10/10! The moment I made an appointment and stopped in, I didn’t even consider going to any other jeweler in the area. From the outside the shop looks small and so cute, they offer assorted jewelry from different artists and cute little gifts (like soaps/candles). But don’t be fooled- Kerry is a diamond queen! Offering both natural and lab - she has a variety of options to choose or would be more than happy to create something custom. Along with Michael, she helped my husband and I with his custom wedding band and my band as well. I’ll likely be re-setting my engagement ring (that I got from a different jeweler) in a few years and will absolutely be going to Love Locked! Pricing is so reasonable for the quality of work and again the hospitality is off the charts! You’d be making a mistake not to go here - truly an amazing experience! Thank you Kerry and Michael!
