It was time to give our sweet boy, Stoffel, an upgrade. Browsing through the websites seeking for a new cage, we found the Parrot Penthouse at Shop Playpen. Our order was finalized and the cage delivered within a few days!! Awesome experience and to see our sweet boy enjoying his Penthouse with a view to the ocean....priceless! We can recommend the cage, which is a very good quality and easy to assemble, but would like to emphasise the great service received from Shop Playpen. Thank you so much for a great product and awesome service!

I placed my order over the weekend, but first thing on Monday morning I received a WhatsApp message loaded with useful information about my shipping/tracking etc. They addressed me directly which made it feel all the more personal. I love their website as well. It was so easy to navigate, find what I'm looking for and check out. They have an amazing variety of products which I also appreciated. Will definitely be a return customer.

Outstanding service!! The delivery was fast and their service were impeccable. The parrot cage that I ordered for my parrotlet is amazing. He lives in a mansion now and is so very happy! Thank you so much Shop Playpens🌹 I would highly recommend them!!
