Chris and his team at Signature provide quality service (as if they are taking care of their own property) and they’re very responsive. I highly recommend.

I am a Landscape Designer, my company is Hamptons Silverleaf Landscaping, I've dealt with at least 5 different irrigation companies over the years, they always say they know what they are doing, but they never do. Signature Services is the first company I whole-heartedly feel comfortable working with and recommending Signature Services, as well as I will be using him for all my new installations. His knowledge and personality are top notch. He does what he says he is going to do, shows up when he says he will, and truly cares about each property and planting like I do.

Contacted Signature Services, LLC this morning for significant sprinkler repair services. (7 zone manifold and celanoid replacement, new boxes, testing, added outdoor on/off valve) Received return call within minutes. Long story short, Chris (owner) showed up, gave professional estimate, had job completed perfectly and professionally at a fantastic price. Will absolutely use again for openings & closings, etc. BTW, it's 5pm now, initial call was this morning, and I am one happy customer. Completed job before dinner!!! 5 stars is not enough for Signature!

I was in need of a repair to one of my twenty-seven year old sprinkler zones. Upon contacting Signature Services, owner, Chris Williams and I established a meaningful, and trustworthy conversation about my matter. Chris exhibited professionalism, full knowledge, and satisfactory solutions to my sprinkler issue. Thereby, leaving me with a reassuring feeling that the need will be met. Not only did Chris satisfy my repair need, he went above and beyond to accommodate the timely repair. Needless to say, job performance exceeded my expectations. On account of that, I will be conducting further business with Signature Services. In today's turbulent times, one couldn't ask for a more honest, and reliable business person. Signature Services has certainly gained my trust and satisfaction, and confident they will gain yours as well.

I highly recommend wi-fi managed irrigation on the South Fork!! I easily control on my cell when, where and which sprinklers go on. My southern facing lawn no longer gets burnt in August and my north facing lawn no longer turns muddy in spring. Chris and team are terrific!

Signature Services is the best company to hire for all your irrigation needs. Not only is pricing great, and the quality of work best in class, what sets them apart from competitors is the relationship you will establish with them. I had my system installed several years ago and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Whenever I need something Chris answers promptly and he will be there in no time for whatever needs a fix or whatever needs a slight adjustment. Even for my inquiries unrelated to my irrigation system, Chris is a great person to trust for any upcoming home projects and if he can’t do it he knows someone who can.

We have used Signature Services extensively in managing our irrigation systems at several locations. They are responsive, professional and their work is top notch. They upgraded our systems to newer programmable timers and now they are saving us money.

I see Chris' truck all over my neck of the woods. He is working on the most beautiful homes in my area. I wish we knew him when we were first building our home, and had him install our irrigation system, instead, he's the guy we call when we need repairs on the not-so-great system we had installed originally. Chris has all of the newest state-of-the-art equipment, such as the ability to control your whole system from your phone!! I highly recommend Chris. He is the nicest guy, and very professional, and I've never had to wait long for a call back.

Owner Chris Williams is phenomenal. Evidently he's been installing irrigation systems on the North Fork and the East End since he was in his mid-teens and he really knows his stuff. Not only did he return my call but he showed up on time, he's friendly, personable, professional, honest, and obsessed with doing a great job to the point where he came back a few times just to check on my new system. He also made sure my system was future-proofed so if I ever wanted to expand it, we wouldn't have to dig it up and made sure my controller was protected and easy to use. He also does a great job opening and winterizing irrigation systems. I wish I called him first!

My wife and I Hired Signature Services to repair and replace our in-ground irrigation, best decision we’ve ever made during our renovations. The system now works flawlessly and Chris is an expert (and I mean that). He takes the time to show you how to use what you have, and explains everything in detail at the end of the job about your new or repaired system. From start to finish his work was the best I’ve ever seen, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. On a scale of 1-10, Signature Services LLC is absolutely an 11.

Signature Services came to our home, repaired our lawn and installed a worry free sprinkler system for our property.
