Silverado Ranch Western Prop Rentals did an outstanding job hosting our event! We had a fantastic turnout, and their team was incredibly helpful and patient throughout. They provided great additions to the experience, including a Mechanical Bull, a Hat station, and a Wanted photo backdrop, complete with props. It was a wonderful event, and I highly recommend their services. 10/10 experience! Huge thanks to Silverado Ranch!

My husband Mark had an event in College Station, Tx. We had a Gilley's "Urban Cowboy" theme party. While searching I came across Silverado Ranch and decided to rent their mechanical bull that was an original Gilley's bull and a few other props for his 52nd Birthday party. Sylvia was my person of contact and she was phenomenal!! She knew my vision (my extra props and decor) and kept me informed. She was always available if I had any questions and was super kind!! The day of the event I met Josh!! Everything went exactly as we had spoke about and Josh and his team were the absolute Best!! My husband was concerned about the whole mechanical bull ( worried that us old folks might get hurt) but Josh was so perfect!! He made sure to let us know he was there to let everyone enjoy themselves and most important was safety!! I didn't think we would have a lot of people ride the bull, but with Josh in charge it seemed like everyone at tue party actually rode the bull SEVERAL TIMES LOL and it was the highlight of the party!! IF ANYONE IS SEARCHING FOR AN EVENT PLANNER OR PROPS, DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE SILVERADO RANCH!! They are absolutely amazing!!

We had a blast at Barefoot Country Music Festival 2024 in Wildwood, NJ. Joshua and Jesus were amazing! They were professional and made us feel safe and comfortable! Would highly recommend! 🤠

The Silverado Ranch crew did not disappoint! We had around 80 guests attend our son's graduation party. All of them were thrilled to ride the bull over and over again! It was the hit of the party!! I would highly recommend renting from them. Sylvia was the BEST! She helped me coordinate with her guys to get the bull set up right before the guests arrived. They showed up as promised on time and ready to entertain our guests. THANK YOU guys for helping us make this such a momentous event!!

These guys were GREAT!!! We had a big youth activity at our church building and the team was amazing to work with. They had to go above and beyond to get the bull into our building and they figured it out. And they were super friendly and fun with our kids. Syliva was the best to work with. Our client hosted a Texas-Western Themed Dinner and the Silverado Ranch props were the perfect balance between our need to hold a professional event and our client’s expectations to do something fun, whimsy, and outside the box. They truly worked with my budget to give me the decor that I needed for a conference welcome reception that I was hosting. They have tons of items that will work great to make your event decor pop. This team is amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. What they managed to pull off in such a short time is miraculous. Not only did they provide amazing props and floral arrangements for our western themed dinner but also managed to pull together amazing props for a Mexican themed lunch we had the next day (with only a few hours notice). We are truly grateful to their entire staff for making this such a successful event for us. They were patient, helpful, intuitive and supportive. I can’t wait to work with them again.

Arnold and his team at the Silverado Ranch are absolutely wonderful! They made our event a breeze from planning to execution. We had custom made western booths created for our corporate event, as well as a Hat Bar with 200 amazing cowboy hats that we gave to each of our participants. Silverado did a phenomenal job with our special western themed booth at a recent event in Dallas. They were on time, brought extra props for us to pick from and everything was done without any problems, stress or issues. Josh, their Operations Manager was fantastic and made things so easy and he was very helpful. We received so many compliments on our booth from attendees as well! It was a hit! :-)

I have to say, after a long but fabulous week of seven events, Sylvia and Silverado Ranch are my heroes! From the very beginning with my first call with Arnold followed by meeting with Sylvia in Dallas, I had absolutely no doubt Silverado Ranch was a great company, and I was going to be in good hands! Indeed, I was right! Sylvia is fantastic and so enjoyable to work with, I wish everyone was like her - she's like a warm hug! That particular event with nearly 1,500 people, Sylvia had a great deal to manage and did it seamlessly. She hung in there all the way with my many questions, details, and concerns and as an extension of my team. That is a true sign of partnership. Additionally, your partners were superb. The wonderful people that operated the games, activities, and live animals were professional, fun and friendly to the attendees and more importantly, the kids. My client, her planners, and of course, the guests LOVED everything! In fact, of all the weeks events, the attendees overwhelmingly LOVED that event and we received rave reviews. Silverado Ranch & Sylvia were amazing to work with during our recent trade show in Fort Worth, Texas. We were looking to make a big impact on the trade show floor and embrace the western, Fort Worth vibe by having a life size Texas Longhorn in our booth and Silverado Ranch delivered! They also gave us other western pieces that brought the whole booth feel cohesive. Our booth was the talk of the conference and we even won "Best in Show" and the "People's Choice" Awards! I cannot recommend Josh and Marquis services enough. It was raining when our party started and we thought it was ruined. These guys waited for the rain to stop and then went to town making sure everyone had a blast!! Best decision we made!! Thank you so much!!

THEY WERE AMAZING! SIlverado Ranch Armadillo's were the hit of our recent GALA. At first our people came over with inquisitive eyes within what seemed like minutes the team from Silverado had people cheering and volunteering to be a part of the races. The theme of our event was a 75th jubilee and somehow this team made the races tie into our overall theme. They were able to get the crowd excited and ready to support our goal!
