I came across Silvery on my Facebook feed and I saw a ring that caught my attention. It was a similar replica of my ring that was going to cost me a fortune to re-size. Upon placing the order, I had an automated email stating the order has been received, I emailed the proof of payment and I received the lead time with courier delays and within the time frame, I received my ring. It was neatly packaged, I did not opt for a note or a special box as the gift was for me, but I love the option as it really makes the gift even more special. The website is user friendly and the product advertised is exactly what i received. I am pleased with this company and I hope this message reaches out to everyone as this company is top on communication, value and product quality. My husband has already found my birthday gift which is a surprise to me.

I was absolutely blown away by Silvery's. I ordered a beautiful necklace with cross for my daughter's First Holy Communion. Silvery offers a complementary engraving service and, despite the too-good-to-be-tre delivery times on their website, I expected that to add at least a couple of days to the order. Within 24 hours I got a notification that my order was in the workshop and two days later it was being shipped. I received it 4 working days after I ordered it and I did not even order the express service. Really impressive.

From the moment I called (really sweet and informative receptionist) and the online platform is so easy and user-friendly. Silvery constantly communicates with you on where your item is, I knew where my personalised/engraved keyring was in the process until it was taken by the courier company. I ordered on a Monday Morning and was surprised to have it delivered by Thursday afternoon when it was actually set to arrive next Tuesday. And my keyring was perfect, packaging was also perfect so much so the recipient loved everything.
