I contacted Sean at the recommendation of a neighbor when my furnace stopped working in the middle of a deep freeze. My fear was that I’d be up-charged because of the frigid weather and because I wasn’t a precious customer. He was prompt, efficient, and honest, and did not overcharge. I will not only use him again but have added Simply Home Service to our neighborhood service list.
