I had a great experience of booking a session with Natalia on Efficiency Training. A very professional, calm, leading and encouraging way of communication from Natalia’s side helped me to see the issues in my business planning, I need to work on. She could see through my work challenges and suggested angles of their solving. This kind of coaching is extremely important when you’re stuck, professionally burned down or lack motivation. Natalia is one of the best professional organizers in Hong Kong! We met at a Neurodiversity event and I immediately felt connected with her and comfortable sharing my issues with disorganization. She then came to do an assessment of my house and suggested different ways to help me declutter and organize my space. She is understanding, considerate and supportive in what I want to achieve, she listens and never force her opinion on me and let me decide on what matters to me the most. Declutter is a daunting task for someone who’s ADHD and she is knowledgeable about the condition, so she is able to work with my mind and checks in from time to time and suggest me to rest when I get overwhelmed and tired. I love working with Natalia!! We already decluttered 20 years worth of shoes and winter clothes. And organized all my medicine, supplements and books! Next up we would be working on my bags and clothes and the scariest category - paperwork!!!
